With convection and submission to Allah’s سبحانه وتعالى destiny and fate, Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Yemen mourns to the Islamic Ummah generally, and the people of Yemen specifically, one of the carriers of the Da’wah of Haqq (truth), the forgiven by the will of Allah سبحانه وتعالى:

Brother Abdul Kafi Mahmoud Hassan (Abu Usama)

who passed away following a heart attack. Abu Usama, RahimahuAllah, was one of the carriers of Haqq working to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood. We knew him though we do not ascribe purity to anyone before Allah سبحانه وتعالى. We offer our warmest and sincere condolence to his family and relatives, and we ask Him, Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, to reward them greatly, and grant them patience, fortitude and comfort.

إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ

“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.”

(Al Baqara: 156)

The eye tears and the heart grieves, but we do not say except what pleases our Lord, and we are in sorrow for losing our brother Abo Usama. O Allah, have mercy upon him and forgive him. O Allah, make honorable his reception, and expand his entry. O Allah, exchange his home for a better abode, and his family for a better family, and gather us and him under the banner of the Prophet ﷺ on the Day of Resurrection in a seat of truth, near the Omnipotent King سبحانه وتعالى.
