With patient hearts, submitting to Allah’s سبحانه وتعالى destiny… The Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir mourns one of the carriers of the Da’wah of Haqq (truth) from the first prosperous generation, who studied at the hands of Sheikh and scholar Taqiudeen An-Nabahani, the noble patient teacher, and the forgiven by the will of Allah سبحانه وتعالى: Farouq Mahmoud Habayeb (Abu Mahmoud)
مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَنْتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا
“Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance], and they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration.”
(Al-Ahzaab: 23)

Who departed this world to the mercy of Allah سبحانه وتعالى yesterday Wednesday 4/3/2015, at the age of over 83 years old, during which he spent his life carrying the Dawah within the ranks of Hizb ut Tahrir to resume the Islamic way of life, and was of those who have been true to their covenant with Allah سبحانه وتعالى, though we do not ascribe purity to anyone before Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
The eye tears and the heart grieves, but we do not say except what pleases our Lord, and we are in sorrow for losing our Sheikh and teacher Farooq. Oh Allah, have mercy upon him and forgive him, Oh Allah, make honorable his reception, expand his entry and exchange his home for a better abode, and his family for a better family, and gather us and him under the banner of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم on the Day of Resurrection in a seat of truth, near the Omnipotent King سبحانه وتعالى.
إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ
“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.”
(Al Baqara: 156)
