After the tyrant of Ash-Sham secured the vicinity of the capital Damascus, his forces escalated their shelling of the Eastern Daraa countryside areas which are included in the agreement to reduce the escalation, an agreement which proved to everyone that it is unilateral and that its purpose is to freeze the fronts to allow the tyrant of Ash-Sham to capture the regions one after another. Also, it became apparent that the American threats to the tyrant of Ash-Sham regarding the southern region are only for external consumption and deception, especially with the entry of Russian planes in the battle, which reveals the international conspiracy against the people of Ash-Sham in general and the people of Horan at this time in particular.

This step follows a series of steps taken by the tyrant of Ash-Sham through which he was able to evacuate many areas of their population and take full control of them, relying on the brutal bombardment by the Russian planes of spite, and on some of the conspiratorial figures from within the revolutionaries which were a Trojan horse playing a prominent role in the handover of these areas as their movements were accompanied with heavy shelling to cover up their betrayal and complicity of the revolution.

And now the tyrant of Ash-Sham is repeating the same scenario in the southern region in an attempt to pressure the residents to reach a settlement or reconciliation with the killer of their children and the violator of their honors, so it struck them with the calamity of those who preceded them.

The events proved that without the betrayals and conspiracies, the tyrant of Ash-Sham could not have taken control of one inch of the areas he controlled. This proves his weakness and the weariness of his forces, which now known to all, and the examples are countless.

O Muslims in Ash-Sham the Abode of Islam:

The loss of the revolutionaries of many areas was not due to their weakness and the strength of the tyrant’s army and militias, but because of the loss of the resoluteness by the leaders of the factions, and their submission to the orders and instructions of the supporters and the conspirators and clinging to their ropes; otherwise, the battle would have been different. The tyrant’s regime is weaker than the spider’s web, and the revolution needs a sincere leadership that gathers the diaspora, unites efforts around the great project of Islam and stands earnestly and sincerely in the face of the tyrant regime with the trust in Allah Almighty in all the matter and holding to His rope alone until the regime collapses and turns back a disappointed loser, with the permission of Allah.

The crowds that he promotes, the mercenaries he collects, and what he does to display himself strong and capable of controlling the cradle of the revolution, they are only a proof of his weakness that he tries to cover, for he is nothing but “a cat who borrows the lion’s roar”.

You have found that the agreement to reduce the escalation inflicted on you by the Kaffir West and the supporting conspirators is a deadly trap, which must be renounced, and must disown-it and those who call for it.

O the Patient People and Sincere Mujahideen in Horan and in other lands of Ash-Sham:

Allah has honored you with the sincere stand in the face of the tyrant of Ash-Sham and those who stand with him, so your stand was for Allah alone and thus your throats shouted, “It is for Allah, It is for Allah” and “Our Leader Forever, is Our Master Muhammad.” So, do you accept for yourselves after hundreds of thousands of martyrs and homeless and displaced people to become slaves again in the fold of the criminal regime to humiliate you, take revenge against you and afflict you with more than what you have already tasted of humiliation, injustice and disgrace, or will your action confirm your words when your throats chanted in all dignity, “Death over Humiliation”?

Allah’s victory is close and its path is evident and clear; that we support Allah alone and hold on to His rope and unite on the project that pleases our Lord, which our Prophet ﷺ gave its glad tidings “the project of the Khilafah Rashidah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood”, so that the scattered efforts will unite, and the potentials will meet behind a conscious and sincere leadership of our brothers and sons to achieve what pleases our Lord and achieve our salvation and our glory.

So, O the sincere and the righteous, come to a covenant among you whereon you unite on the project of “the second Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood”, and come to a covenant with your Lord, which you openly declare it, not fearing the blame of any blamers all for the sake of Allah (swt).

Allah the Almighty says:

إِن يَنصُرْكُمُ اللَّهُ فَلَا غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِن يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَن ذَا الَّذِي يَنصُرُكُم مِّن بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ

“If Allah should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely”

[Al-i-Imran: 160]
