Forty-one revolutionary factions in Syria, including major revolutionary fighting factions in Syria, called on the regional countries to form an anti-Iranian-Russian alliance which they considered as occupiers of the country, arguing that the regime in Syria has actually fell and the war now is against the forces of occupation. These factions said in a joint statement on Monday 5/10/2015, that this new reality makes it imperative for countries of the region in general and in particular the allies to step up to the formation of a regional alliance in the face of Iranian-Russian alliance occupying Syria.

Anyone who followed what took place in the revolutions of the so-called Arab Spring in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and Yemen and what took place prior to the Muslims in Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq knows very well that the lack of political awareness of the West’s schemes and conspiracies was a major cause in the failure of all attempts to reap the fruits of the enormous sacrifices for the Ummah of Islam.  The sacrifices of the Muslims were in favour of their enemies; and enabled the puppets of the West instead of uprooting them, and this was proven by the events. When a criminal tyrant left, another more murderous tyrant replaced him. The result of the occupation of Afghanistan was the presence of Karzai, the occupation of Iraq resulted in the presence of Al-Maliki, and all the revolutions of the so-called Arab Spring failed in finding a ruler who feared Allah سبحانه وتعالى and governs the slaves of Allah by what Allah has revealed. And this is as a result of their lack of political awareness, every time the sincere ones sacrificed their souls, the fruits of their sacrifices were stolen by the agents and aides of the West. We see this scenario almost repeated in Ash-Sham’s revolution. We find the leader of the military operations fall in the same trap as his predecessors, he throws himself in the arms of his enemy, asking him for support and assistance, and calls on the agents of the West and tools to form an alliance against their master America which has given the green light to the Russian alliance, and even coordinated with it, so how can its agents team up against it?!!! The situation of these factions is like the one seeking protection from the heat by throwing himself in the fire, if they were aware that those who they are calling to form an alliance against the Russian alliance are agents of the West, then it is great disaster, but if they did not know this then it is a greater disaster.

O Muslims in Ash-Sham of Pride:

The West is your enemy and the enemy of Islam and this is agreed on. After the destruction of the Khilafah and the occupation of your territory and dividing them into states, the West has appointed its puppet rulers to govern you who are working to achieve their interests and who fight against all those who call to be governed by the Shariah law and this is well known to all those who have a heart and listens with a presence of mind. So how can we ask the help of the enemies of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the ones Allah سبحانه وتعالى said about them:

وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّى يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَنْ دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا

  “And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able”

(Al-Baqara: 217)

And how can we demand the agents of the West to ally against their masters when they are put there by the West to control us and to achieve its interests?!!! And even worse than that is the declaration of some factions of their acceptance of the political solution; drawn by the Kaffir West, and Allah Almighty says:

وَلَنْ تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلَا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ

”And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, “Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance.” If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allah no protector or helper”

(Al-Baqara: 120)

Will the Kaffir West put a solution in which the governance be by Allah’s Law?!!! Will the Kaffir West propose a solution that harms its interests?!!! What is the matter with them, how do they come to these judgments!!!

The revolution of Ash-Sham is not a field for experiments and not subject to teenage adventures, it spilled a great deal of blood; and offered many of sacrifices. We in Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Syria call on all factions to fear Allah سبحانه وتعالى in the blood of the martyrs, and to fear Allah سبحانه وتعالى in the sacrifices of the Ummah, and to declare their clear position that will please Allah سبحانه وتعالى, to declare allegiance to the Khilafah project that was obligatory by the Lord of Glory, and to declare their disassociation from the Kaffir West’s projects and its political solutions coated with loose terminology which it imposed on the whole world; and they should cut off all the ties with it and its supporters and hold on to the strong rope of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, and this would be enough to achieve victory, God willing. He سبحانه وتعالى says:

إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ

“Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand.”

(Ghafir: 51)

He سبحانه وتعالى says:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُم

“O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet.”

(Muhammad: 7)

The Most Glorified says:

وَمَا النَّصْرُ إِلَّا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ

“And victory is not except from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise”

(Al-i-Imran: 126)

And the All-Powerful says:

إِنْ يَنْصُرْكُمُ اللَّهُ فَلَا غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِنْ يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَنْصُرُكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ

“If Allah should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely”

(Al-i-Imran: 160)
