Comment:

Recently in Kyrgyzstan, in October, presidential elections were held. The candidate from the pro-presidential party Sooronbay Jeenbekov became the new president of the country. This is the first time in the history of Kyrgyzstan that the elected president has peacefully, without any revolutions and unrest, gained power in the country.

The first president of Kyrgyzstan, Askar Akaev, was forced to flee the country in the wake of the revolution in the spring of 2005. His place was taken by Kurbanbek Bakiyev, who also fled the country after the revolution in 2010. Almazbek Atambayev came in his place.

These times were marked by a struggle between the West and the Russian forces for their interests in this region. When Western forces in the person of the United States were present in the country, it was difficult for Russia to control the situation, but over time it managed to alienate the pro-Western influence in the country. The change in the process of transfer of power in the country is explained by the fact that in Almazbek Atambayev’s policy there was clearly a trace of pro-Russian interests. Russia has strengthened its influence and confidently controls the ongoing processes within Kyrgyzstan. This allowed the pro-Russian contender to get the country’s reins unhindered.

The struggle against Islam and Muslims has become the hallmark of all rulers in the Central Asian region, and in particular the newly-minted president of the country. Sooronbay Jeenbekov went further in the fight against our Shabab. During the searches in the houses of the Hizb’s Shabab, they began to find grenades and ammunitions. The leading country in the world that slanders Hizb ut Tahrir in terrorist activities is Russia. The Taghut (tyrant) authority of Russia fabricates criminal cases against our Shabab on the basis of the groundless Supreme Court decision of 2003 on recognizing Hizb ut Tahrir a terrorist organization. Now, Taghut Russia wants to extend its decision to its controlled regimes, such as Kyrgyzstan, which completely surrendered to the mercy of its owner in the person of Russia. And so we see such headlines of the media: “Law enforcement bodies of Kyrgyzstan detained 7 members of the terrorist organization Hizb ut-Tahrir banned in the republic and the Russian Federation”, “On December 18 the press service reported the detention of 11 supporters of a terrorist organization “Hizb ut-Tahrir” banned in the Russian Federation and the republic.

If the Kyrgyz government adopts a similar law from 2003 as in Russia, and labels the “terrorist organization” on Hizb ut Tahrir, it will allow the tyrant regime to fabricate criminal cases against our brothers and imprison them for many years, as in the case of Russia, where the Shabab are sentenced to 17 or more years of imprisonment.

Muslims of Kyrgyzstan! Do not be silent participants in the crimes of the tyrant and his ruler in face of Russia. Stand up for the protection of your brothers and sisters from Hizb ut Tahrir. This cunning move of the corrupt authorities is aimed not only at the Shabab of Hizb, but also at Islam and Muslims throughout the region. The regime of the tyrant will at first arrest active Muslims callers, and then use this law against anyone who opposes tyranny by saying the word of truth or disobeying the atrocities of criminals.

Muslims of Kyrgyzstan! Join the call of Hizb ut Tahrir! Join the work on the revival of the second righteous state of the Khilafah (Caliphate) by the method of Prophethood, which by the will of Almighty Allah will punish tyrants and criminals with our hands, protect all the oppressed brothers and sisters, free the prisoners from jails of despots! And may Allah help us!

“Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that – then those are the defiantly disobedient”.
