We are all accountable to Allah (swt) for our own actions. We must therefore study and research into what our Islamic obligations (fard) are so we can obey Allah (swt) and reach the Jennah inshAllah.

Just because the Indonesian government and some of their scholars are saying Khilafah is not fard or attacking the concept of Khilafah we must not blindly follow them. We must find out for ourselves what our Islamic obligations are.

Appointing a Khaleefah is fard al-kifiyah (collective obligation). Since the Ummah as a whole has failed to appoint a Khaleefah within the time limit of 3 days specified by Shar'a the Ummah is sinful until this obligation is fulfilled.

The Khilafah is a major Fard since the implementation of so many Shariah rules depends on its existance. Without the Khilafah there is no Islamic economy, judiciary, foreign policy or punishments.

This is why the sahaba prioritised the fard of appointing a Khaleefah above that of burying the Prophet (saw) when he (saw) died. Both obligations Khilafah and burial are fard al-Kifiyah but due to other Islamic evidences the obligation of appointing a Khaleefah takes priority in this instance.

i wanna ask you about people who don't perform khilafah in their country?is it a big sin for us?
i have read a book untitled "menggapai manisnya iman" says that if we don't perform khilafah, we will get a big sin. is that true?and why doesn't our government do that?

It is better to attach evidence from quran and sunnah for any infomation released by khilaafah in order to make clear enviroment to muslims because there are alot of groups in islam

May Allah Guide us(Muslims) in every walk of life...The only solution of our problms lies in following the teachings of our Holy Prophet(PBUH).We really need Khilafa desperatly

Khilafah is the only goal and dream of each and every muslims.But how can we reach this victory when muslims itself are not united.Muslims brothers must look after his muslim brother, it is our duty to serve and protect them, so no one can be heplless, no one can take our right of freedom, no one can take our land, no one can take our home and no one can take our family away.

The Khaleefah does not adopt divine rules pertaining to worship, i.e. ibadaat, except in connection with alms (zakaah) and war (jihaad). Also, he does not adopt any of the thoughts connected with the Islamic ‘Aqeedah.

Therefore the Khilafah is not a Sunni or Shia state since the Khaleefah does not adopt in the rules connected to the Islamic Aqeeda. This applies to any of the other Islamic schools of thought (madhahib).

This is how the Khilafah will deal with difference of opinion among the various Muslim schools of thought.

re-build khilafah is only one recent islamic's goals. The greatest goal is how to set up the islamic civilization. this one is comprensive approach toward islam. on only about politic, but also economic, art, science, technology, and culture.
