Country-wide demonstrations by Hizb ut-Tahrir against Dr Aafia judgment
Only the Khilafah can avenge Aafia Siddiqui and other similar sisters
After being tortured for five years and deprived of her children, America has pronounced Dr. Aafia Siddiqui guilty of an act she never committed. Expecting justice from the American administration, who has even left behind the pharaoh and Halaku Khan in its cruelty, is equivalent to deceiving oneself.
Despite the contradictory statements of witnesses, the jury pronounced the chaste daughter of Pakistan, Dr. Aafia, guilty as charged. Thus Dr Aafia could be sentenced to 60 years for an attempted murder in which not a single person was even wounded rather it was Dr. Aafia who was shot in the stomach. Along with America, the traitor rulers of Pakistan are equally responsible in this brutal and vicious crime. Nobody dared to ask as to how come Dr. Aafia reached the notorious Bagram jail from Pakistan in the first place. On whose order was she kidnapped along with her three children? Where was she for the past five long years? Where are her remaining two children? Pakistani democratic rulers are as deaf, dumb, blind and treacherous slaves to America as their predecessor dictators. Where have all those disappeared now who depicted the rosy picture of democracy?
This injustice is the pinnacle and the hallmark of the Capitalist democratic system where the innocent are sacrificed to appease the majority. The injustice with Dr. Aafia is nothing new. In fact the ordeal of the caged sisters in Abu Ghuraib may be even worse and heart breaking. But even today our rulers act like hunting dogs and assist their master in arresting Muslim sons and daughters to hand them over to these wolves.
Hizb ut-Tahrir wishes to inform the Ummah that Aafia Siddiqi and similar other sisters can not be retrieved from these Kuffar by merely requesting and begging the enemy. For this we need to do what Muhammad Bin Qasim and Mu'tasim did to avenge their sisters i.e. Jihad through the professional armies of the Khilafah.
Today we also need to mobilize our forces by establishing the Khilafah. Then we will see how America does not set our brothers and sisters free from their dungeons in order to free its captured soldiers from this region.
Hizb ut-Tahrir calls to the armed forces of Pakistan; for how long will you see the dishonoring of your sisters? Rise and protect the honour of your sisters and liberate them from the squalid captivity of these Kuffar. Accept martyrdom in this cause; by Allah this is the success of this world and the Akhira (Hereafter). You know this is not possible unless these treacherous rulers are sitting over your necks. So provide Nusra (support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah and remove these traitor rulers along with this kufr system. This is the only practical and swift method to bring Dr. Aafia home.
Today, Hizb ut-Tahrir staged protest demonstrations in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar against this brutal and malicious judgment. The demonstrators carried banners and placards inscribed with slogans such as:
"O Pak Army! Avenge Aafia, Establish Khilafah, end US presence."
They demanded from the Armed Forces of Pakistan to provide Nusra (support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah so that organized Jihad could be started to stop the brutalities against Muslims.

salaam, They murdered Luqman while FBI knows stolen merchandize gets sold in pawn shops and the buyer not arrested for purchasing stolen merchandize, and the merchandize FBI had paid its full price so there never was ANY stolen merchandize in its origins, when some of my own property was stolen and taken to a pawn shop when knowledge was gained police were informed which came to the pawn shop and police stated that a bribe had to be paid to gain a warrant for the property so the price upon the bribe was about equal to the pawn shop price upon the stolen merchandize, so because owner refused to pay either the bribe or pawn shop kept the stolen merchandize no questions asked about buying or selling stolen merchandize upon the pawn shop, government knows that stolen merchandize does often get sold or bought knowingly! and taking away a hand is not equal to the taking away of a temple account = slave account ! Like when the Mexican was shot running from his van the police did not know what was upon the load, so they granted a pardon upon shooting the Mexican in the back with no weapon threat nor did they know what was inside so certainty is not required upon democracy ruling that guess or assumption works for democracy, and even when guess proved correct a load or marijuana is not equal to a temple account = slave account, so they value not a temple account ! Easy to replace when it not be of their own temple account. Baseborn degree in knowledgeable accountings = democracy, feeamanellaah |

They are either innocent unaware closed eye people who are demanding to rescue Dr. Aafia from those who himself handed over her along with hundreds of true and devoted muslims, used islamic muslim brother hood for their master's cause and interests, took a u turn over a single call from master and went against friends who put every thing on stack for them. Perhaps they are the people who still want to make fool for their pay master. |

When will people stop confusing the Islamic Army [not presently instituted] with the Pakistani army, or the Bangladeshi army or the Saudi army or any other Muslim army? ALL Muslim countries are founded on the basis of NATIONALISM, which from Islam is absolutely HARAM - forbidden. Prophet Muhammad (saw) said 'don't call for, or fight for Nationalism - it is rotten'. The words used in the actual hadith are much more graphic and explicit. Hence, to expect un-Islamic governments including their armies to uphold Islamic principles is nothing short of daydreaming. ONLY when people move to establish the Khilafah ruling system, founded on sound Shari'ah evidences, can the Muslim soldiers, of which there are millions around the world, be despatched to root out injustices. In the absence of this Islamic state, the Muslim soldiers will continue to be used as cannon fodder for illegal and un-Islamic government's oppression and corruption. People need to 'move on' and realise the solutions in the correct context; rather than blindly having hope in institutions that are the very cause of oppression. |

Dont forget Hajjaj Bin Yusuf when he sent three armies in response to the letter of a Muslim woman who was captured by the Hindu Pirates and put in prison by Raja Dahir... the third army was led by the 17 year old General Muhammad Bin Qasim... The rest as we all know is history... and the most amazing thing is that Hajjaj Bin Yusuf was a cold blooded murderer of Muslims... yet even him as the most sinful of Muslims was better than what we have today in the form of our leaders!!!!! At least he cared about the honour of Muslim women!!!! |
