If any muslim/s commit any wrong or kill any muslim or non-muslim, there are clear laws to try the accused one/ones. Who are the terrorists? First define it, then come to discuss. Occupying Palestinian land, ousting them, destroying their houeses and continuous massacre by Israel and its sustainers are terrorism or The poor pals who defend and retaliate the attacks, are terrors? Why Iraq is being massacred by west? where is so called WMD or terror-link in iraq? Killing around one million people in iraq is not terrorist activites??!! millions of children had already died because of humanist western embargo, its not terrorist activites!! yes, those who are fighting against aggression in iraq, afghan, somalia..., they are terrorist? when these afghans were fighting against soviet aggressors, then they were ok, now?? The question that arises is that if the parliament makes the decision to co-operate with America in the killing of Muslims, does that make such murder permitted?

The article above is based upon the proposition that the killing of Muslim is “murder” regardless of whether or not they may be terrorists who go against the religion of Muslims by killing innocent people indiscriminately.

Let me ask to clarify my thinking: if a crime is committed against a non-Muslim by a Muslim (or a Muslim of a different sect such as Shia or Sunni) claiming to be honoring the concept of Jihad, is it against the laws of Islam to cooperate with a non-Islamic entity to stop the further continuance of such actions?

Or, if I understand the article correctly, is it forbidden to for a Muslim state to cooperate with any non-Muslim state if the end result is action against a Muslim, regardless of what that Muslim might be accused or guilty of?
