Kashmir Independence Banners Trial
Police in Rawalpindi city of Punjab province of Pakistan have registered a case of terrorism against unidentified persons on banners holding slogans to mobilize the army for the liberation of Kashmir.
According to journalist Yasir Hakim, the banners were installed on Murree Road as per the case registered in the police station.
According to police officials, a team has been formed to arrest the accused by filing an FIR on banners by the banned party on Murree Road.
According to Waris Khan police station, an FIR has been lodged against banned outfit activists for burning banners near Chutti Shatti. The banners of the Pak army came on the banners and the slogans of Kashmir liberation were listed.
The FIR police station has been filed in the SHO of Waris Khan, which has been included in Section 11W of the Terrorism Act. The case will also be investigated by the SHO of the police station, while a team has been set up to arrest the accused.
کشمیر کی آزادی کے بینرز پر مقدمہ
پاکستان کے صوبہ پنجاب کے راولپنڈی شہر میں پولیس نے کشمیر کی آزادی کے لیے ملکی فوج کو حرکت میں لانے کے نعروں والے بینرز لگانے پر نامعلوم افراد کے خلاف دہشت گردی کے الزام میں مقدمہ درج کیا ہے۔
صحافی یاسر حکیم کے مطابق تھانہ وارث خان میں درج کیے گئے مقدمے کے مطابق بینرز مری روڈ پر لگائے گئے تھے۔
پولیس حکام کے مطابق مری روڈ پر کالعدم جماعت کی جانب سے بینرز آویزاں کرنے پر ایف آئی آر درج کرکے ملزمان کی گرفتاری کے لئے ٹیم تشکیل دے دی گئی ہے۔
تھانہ وارث خان پولیس کے مطابق چٹیاں ہٹیاں کے قریب بینرز اویزاں کرنے پر کالعدم تنظیم کے کارکنوں کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج کی ہے۔ بینرز پر پاک فوج حرکت میں آؤ اور کشمیر آزاد کراؤ کے نعرے درج تھے۔
ایف آئی آر تھانہ وارث خان کے ایس ایچ او کی مدعیت مین درج کی گئی جس میں دہشتگردی ایکٹ کی دفعہ 11ڈبلیو شامل کی گئی ہے۔ مقدمے کی تفتیش بھی تھانہ وارث خان کے ایس ایچ او کریں گے جبکہ ملزمان کی گرفتاری کے لئے ٹیم بھی تشکیل دے دی گئی ہے۔
Allah Almighty said:
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّوا عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَسَيُنفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ يُحْشَرُونَ
“Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert [people] from the way of Allah. So they will spend it; then it will be for them a [source of] regret; then they will be overcome. And those who have disbelieved – unto Hell they will be gathered”
[8:36]
Prophet ﷺ, said:
سيأتي على الناس سنوات خدّاعات يصدق فيها الكاذب، ويكذب فيها الصّادق، ويؤتمن فيها الخائن، ويخون فيها الأمين، وينطق فيها الرّويبضة، قيل: يا رسول الله وما الرّويبضة؟ قال: التّافه ينطق بأمر العامّة
“There will come to the people years of treachery, when the liar will be regarded as honest, and the honest man will be regarded as a liar; the traitor will be regarded as faithful, and the faithful man will be regarded as a traitor; and the Ruwaibidah will decide matters.’ It was said: ‘Who are the Ruwaibidah?’ He said: ‘Vile and base men who control the affairs of the people.’”

This Hadith tells us that the Ruwaibidah will have a foothold in looking after the affairs, governance, and the decision making and be a representative of the public, but how can those vile and base men be representatives of the people?
How can they take this post?!
Did the Ummah allow them to be their representatives?
Did it entrust them with governance and care?!… Answer: Absolutely not.
