There was widespread anger in Pakistan when the primary judicial branch of the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, on 18 May 2017, decided upon a stay of execution for the Indian “Raymond Davis,” Kulbushan Jadhav, caught red-handed spying and organizing subversive activities in Pakistan. After the stay was announced, the Bajwa-Nawaz regime’s attorney general, Ashtar Ausaf, tried to quell public anger by saying the stay does not constitute a final judgment. However, the Bajwa-Nawaz regime has no grounds for defense because by accepting to appear before to the United Nations’ court in the first place is akin to striking one’s own feet with a hammer. It is political suicide and above all else, the UN and its ICJ is a Taghut, non-Islamic authority, to whom it is forbidden by Islam to refer to judgment.

Subjugating our affairs, whether it is the case of an Indian spy or the case of Occupied Kashmir or the occupation of Masjid al-Aqsa, to the United Nations, is futile because the five-permanent veto-yielding members of its Security Council are all belligerent enemies of Muslims. The Muslims have never seen justice through the UN, its judicial, limb, the ICJ or any other limb. Moreover, it is haram to refer to the UN, including its ICJ, because it is a non-Islamic authority (Taghut), ruling by Kufr. Allah (swt) said,

أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُواْ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَحَاكَمُواْ إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُواْ أَن يَكْفُرُواْ بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَن يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلاَلاً بَعِيدًا

“Have you seen those who pretend to believe in what has been revealed to you and what has been revealed before you, how they go in their judgment to the Taghut, though they have been ordered to disbelieve in it. But Shaytan’s wish is to lead them astray”

(Surah An-Nisa’a 4:60)

In origin, the UN is the authority charged with implementing International Law, which the crusaders formulated to contain the ever expanding Islamic Khilafah State. Reeling from repeated defeats at the hands of the Muslims, in 1648, the European Christian states held the conference of Westphalia, where the crusaders laid down conventions of the so called “international law,” which was to usurp the rights of the Muslims and counter the dominance of Islam. Enforcing International Law, the League of Nations moved to destroy, occupy and fragment the Uthmani Khilafah State (Ottoman Caliphate). Its successor in enforcing the International Law, the United Nations, has ensured that the Muslim World remains divided into more than fifty “state-lets” and Occupied Kashmir and Occupied Palestine remain bleeding wounds in the side of the Ummah, whilst ensuring the inflicting of even more wounds.

Yet the Bajwa-Nawaz regime sacrifices the affairs of Muslims on the altar of the UN because of its alliance to the criminal mastermind of international conspiracies against the Ummah, the United States. The regime’s criminal referral to the UN’s judiciary is an urgent reminder of the need to withdraw from the UN and expose its conspiracy and enmity against Allah (swt), RasulAllah ﷺ and the Muslims. The current rulers are beyond any hope and so the Muslims of Pakistan must work with vigor to re-establish the Khilafah State on the Method of the Prophethood. With the permission of Allah (swt), the Khilafah, the shield of the Ummah, will reform the world, provide security and safety, safeguarding the blood, wealth and honor of Muslims, as it did for centuries. And it will return the rights to its people and punish the offenders on their crime. Yes, it is only the Khilafah alone; because it rules by a Divine Law from the Creator, full of goodness and justice; not by the law set by the killers of the Native American Indians, the pirates of England and the wars criminals in France, the Chinese oppressors of East Turkestan or the Russian supporters of the tyrant of ash-Sham. Allah (swt), The Powerful, The Compeller has told the truth:

الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا

“This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion.”

(Surah Al-Ma’ida 5:3)

O Sincere Officers of Pakistan’s Armed Forces! The Bajwa-Nawaz regime is working to herd us into mounting subjugation before the Hindu State. It is clear that both sides of the regime, the military and civilian, are working hand in glove according to the Akhand Bharat “Greater India” plan to raise India as the dominant regional power, in a bid to serve their masters in Washington. Even now it is not too late to overturn their treachery. Grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir so finally these rulers are uprooted, the second Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood is established and you are mobilized to liberate Kashmir and re-establish the dominance of Islam in the Indian Subcontinent as was the case for centuries. This Ramadhan, the month of victory, respond to Hizb ut Tahrir to ensure that you are led by a Khaleefah Rashid, ruling by Islam, to lead you towards glory, might and honor in this world and the Akhirah.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن تَنصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ

“O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you and consolidate your foothold.”

(Surah Muhammad 47:7)
