On 14th April 2014, the Moscow Times reported that Russia’s city parliament deputy Oleg Nilov has drafted Russia’s first Anti-sexual harassment Bill aimed at protecting women from unwanted attention or physical abuse from men. In his own words, he stated, “The changes will protect the honor and dignity of “the more beautiful, but weaker sex.” These new measures are particularly aimed at “The millions of migrant workers who speak Russian badly and have to rely on body language to make their intentions toward women clear,” said Nilov, who submitted the bill on the eve of International Women’s Day last month. Whilst Russians can face fines for violating the new Bill, non-Russians could also face deportation.

Comment:

These are simply cheap measures to win the female vote in the year that the Elections to the Moscow City Duma is due. It is should be clear to all thinking and intelligent women that these laws are superficial in nature and the idea that women are of “the more beautiful, but weaker sex,” is one condescending to women and only serves to perpetuate the fundamental negative social attitude that exists in all liberal secular societies where capitalistic values place a women’s worth in purely economic terms, whether this be in undermining her role as a wife and mother so she is pushed into the workplace for tax revenue purposes, or whether the entertainment and advertising companies dehumanize women and girls so that they can be bought and sold as used to aid the buying and selling of various products and degenerate principles. The laws drafted appeal to the lowest level of social organization as they target the racist/nationalists in people. In the draft laws, non-Russians are stereotyped as a danger to society when the real danger comes from the corrupt government officials spewing out toxic ideas to act as a smokescreen over their criminal actions and add fuel to the already heated ethnic tensions in the Caucus region.

It is the Islamic Political System implemented by a complete removal of all existing false leaderships in the Muslim lands that will truly free women from the social prison of being viewed as a ‘cash machine’ and elevate society from the lowest levels of thoughts and ideas. Citizens of the Khilafah are judged NOT according to their ethnic background, but according to how they fulfil their contract to live under the laws of the Islamic State. Women, whilst having different social role, are valued the same as men under the law and their rights are guarded without compromise and all commercial or social abuse is banned and punishable by the State. It is a great shame that it is only NOW Russian democracy is drafting Sexual harassment laws when these were codified in the Quran and Sunnah over 1400 years ago! Proof of this is clear when the Khalif Mutasim Billah heard that that a Muslim woman living in the boarders of the Roman Empire had been dishonoured by a Roman solider. He wrote a letter demanding the two parties to stand in front of him so that the women could receive a public apology or the Roman Empire would find an army so vast in number that the beginning of it would be at the gate of the City of Rome and the end would still coming out of Baghdad. Convinced that the Islamic State has real power to unite and mobilize Muslims in this manner, the Roman Emperor forced this soldier to apologize!

Putin and his oppressive henchmen fear the return of such a force that will account them in their crimes against Muslims in Chechnya, Ukraine and the other post-Soviet regions, this is why they use lies and brute force to maintain power whilst in the Islamic State, Muslims and non-Muslim’s lived in mutual harmony with no need for a women’s rights movement as all felt secure under a fair just system designed by the Creator of the world and not the created.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالْإِحْسَانِ وَإِيتَاءِ ذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَيَنْهَىٰ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ وَالْبَغْيِ ۚ يَعِظُكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ

“Allah commands justice and doing good and giving to relatives. And He forbids indecency and doing wrong and tyranny. He warns you so that hopefully you will pay heed.”
