In the name of God, All-Merciful, Most Merciful
It is required by the non-Muslims to be aware of the following Islamic, political, and historical facts:
1- Islam is a call to all the people from the Lord of the people.
2- Converting to Islam is not an evil matter, but goodness, rather all goodness.
3- Islam invites all human beings to accept its call and to convert to it through thought and consideration, and does not force them through compulsion. The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “And whoever became Muslim, whether Jew or Christian, then he is part of the believers. What is for them is for him, and what is upon them is upon him. And whoever remained Jew or Christian, he is not to be tormented or seduced from it.” (Hadith Munqati)
4- Islam does not judge the persons who refuse its call in this world, but instead delays their punishment to the Hereafter. God, the Exalted, said:
وَمَنْ يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا فَلَنْ يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
“If anyone desires anything other than Islam as a religion, it will not be accepted from him, and in the Next World he will be among the losers.”
(Al-Imran, 3:85)
5- Islam is a creed and a system, and it – even though it does not force anyone to convert to its creed, and does not judge them for refusing it in this world – requires all people, Muslims and non-Muslims, from among the citizens of the Islamic State, to adhere to the Islamic System in public, and penalises all who violate it, regardless of their religion. This is not on the basis of requiring everyone to believe in its source and validity, but rather requires its adoption on the basis of the citizens of the State being obligated to adhere to the law it implements.
6- Everything that is related to non-Muslim creeds, in terms of relations that are not contrary to the public matters of the system, is left to their owner’s discretion. Therefore, it will be according to their creeds: they will have a specific separate judgement in such matters, in accordance to their religions.
7- Islam is a universal message, and it aims to guide all of mankind, either through its direct intellectual and persuasive call, using proof and evidence, or through caring for their affairs with the Islamic legislation. This is done after subjugating their lands to its ruling, through the expansion of the Islamic State, which will enable the non-Muslims to understand the reality of Islam far from the lying media, and the misleading calls. This is so that they grasp through implementation, its justice, its effectiveness, and its ability to treat people’s problems, in a productive, effective, and just manner. And how it leads to true tranquillity – a prelude to converting by conviction – due to it being God’s religion, the Creator who is duty bound to be followed, the Fulfiller of happiness in this world, and the Saviour on the day of Account.
8- The Islamic opening of lands is not the colonization of nations, and does not aim to plunder spoils, humiliate nations, and steal their wealth, as is the case of Western occupation of the world during the dark and unjust capitalist era. Moreover, the Islamic opening of lands does not aim to give sovereignty of a race over other races, as is the case of the past and present invaders, but instead aims to give sovereignty to the ideology and the message.
Thus, the Muslims carry Islam as an Intellectual Leadership that motivates them and pushes them to lead the world with it, and are thus driven by it. God, the Exalted, said:
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَىٰ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا ۚ إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ
“Mankind! We created you from a male and female, and made you into peoples and tribes so that you might come to know each other. The noblest among you in God’s sight is the one with the most taqwa (god consciousness). God is All-Knowing, All-Aware.”
(Al-Hujurat, 49:13)
And He said, praise be to Him:
وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ كُلُّهُ لِلَّهِ ۚ فَإِنِ انْتَهَوْا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ
“Fight them until there is no more fitna (trials and tribulations) and the religion is God’s alone. If they stop, God sees what they do”
(Al-Anfal, 8:39)
From the simplest of comparisons between the Islamic opening (of the lands) of Egypt, Central Asia, or Andalusia, versus the Western colonialism of Algeria, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Somalia, it becomes very clear that the disbelieving West has attained the exact opposite image. For it has dropped its colonial, criminal, and ugly image in front of the Muslims, their opening and their Jihad (material struggle), and has instead presented itself as the Messenger of love, affection, and human values, in stark contradiction with the facts.
9- The rules of Islam are not taken and its system not taught on its enemy’s side and their media, and it is not possible to take Islam and be informed of its rules through history, whether good or bad. In reality, Islam should be taken and its rules taught through its texts and its sources only. Hence, Islam cannot be held responsible for the conduct of Muslim individuals and organizations, and their actions cannot be taken as pretexts against it. This is if the many attributed, incorrect conducts of these people and organizations are even true.
10- The West was able, in the context of its war on Islam, to distort its image, and suppress its formidable humanitarian facts. The West has even succeeded in producing distorted models that call to Islam with the aim of undermining it, or to make it appear as incompetent, backward, or bloody. As is the case of Bashir’s regime in Sudan, the Saud regime, the Iranian regime, or the ruling of some Islamic groups and their conducts that are contrary to Shari’ah (Islamic legislation).
11- What the West has brought forth of claims that aim to distort Islam were founded on twisting the facts and taking advantage of the absence of the rule of Islam. Thus the lack of a tangible Islamic reality that is embodied in a state. Furthermore, it took advantage of the ignorance of the Muslims in the nature of their political system, and what they live of stumbling within the shade of the disbelieving regime and foreign dependency. Any objective and calm discussion, aiming to stop at the truth, will easily result in revealing the reality of the just Islamic ruling, in contrast to what is promoted by the lying media. Indeed, the triumph of the Islamic call today and the establishment of the Khilafah state, will turn the world on the heads of the colonialists, and all their claims and lies will not benefit them in front of the tangible truth, which will be manifested in the establishment of the Khilafah.
In this context, it is well known that Islam, despite the weakness and ignorance of its sons, the absence of its authority and the abundance of its enemies is still the fastest spreading religion in the world, especially in the bastions of the West.
12- The Islamic project we are working for, to be realized in the Khilafah state, is not aimed against anyone from the sons of these lands. It is a project that is intended for everyone, and does not differentiate between the people on the basis of their creed, their race, or their doctrines, as everyone is equal in front of its system. Thus, we call unto the sons of the non-Islamic factions to reject the claims and lies that scare them from our project, and that portrays for them that holding on to criminal dictators – those who kill the people of their own nation with chemical (weapons) – is better and safer than the Islamic project!!!
14- Oh Christians in these lands! We ask you:
When did your emigration from these lands start? Was it during the ruling of Islam!? Or was it after the Khilafah state fell, colonialism entered, and brought with it all its misfortunes and filths!?
When were you forced to leave Iraq? Was it under the shade of the righteous (companions), the Umayyad’s, the Abbasids, or the Ottomans? Or was it under the shade of American occupation?
Your presence in Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Palestine, and other (places) all these centuries, under the shade of the Islamic Khilafah, is the best proof that Islam was taking care of you, embraces you in its state, fosters you, protects you, and provides for you a noble life that befits a human being. Or else, you would not have been patient under the shade of Islamic rule and its state, all these centuries, with the presence of an existing Christian alternative in nearby Europe.
15- The occurrence of violations by the Ottoman Empire or others, on the rights of some non-Muslims, “if true historically”, does not reflect the religion of Islam, nor the policy of the Islamic State, and not even Islamic history. It also does not reflect the position (of Islam) in front of the non-Muslims, but these abuses were a reflection of a state of confusion and weakness that the state went through during some of its period, and injustice fell from it on all its citizens. In other words, it was mismanagement and a misapplication of Islam. The backdrop of these (issues) were often political, resulting from certain historical circumstances, such as the crusades, and the subsequent military frictions with European states, leading up to World War One.
16- Verily, we address you with honesty and sincerity. We do not seek anything but victory for our religion and values, and diligent care over our human kind, its righteousness, guidance, happiness, and the integrity of living together successfully. Thus, we say to you: Islam, it is the correct thought that handles man, and solves his greatest problems in a correct manner. It is the only one that gives definite convincing answers about man, his origin, and the purpose of his creation and fate. It is also the only one that is able to organize our affairs – in terms of us being humans – in a correct manner that agrees with our natural disposition, and that achieves contentment and tranquillity (of the soul).
We call you to become part of the Islamic project, and not against it. Side with it, and be with its political project, even if you do not believe in its spiritual creed. You are part of these lands, and have always been part of this project. The relationship between us in our lands, never got disturbed, except when the colonialists came. The one who did not leave any land except that he triggered within it animosity and conflicts, based on the principle of “divide and conquer”, destroying and burning everything in the process. Even when there weren’t any Christians or Jews in the land, they triggered tribal/nationalistic prejudices, as is the case in Algeria with the Berber, as is the case in Darfur, as is the case in Afghanistan, enticing the Tajiks and Pashtuns against each other, and as it did between the Kurds, Turks, and Arabs even though they are all Muslims.
It is inevitable that the just Islamic Khilafah will be established, so be with the facts and sound logic for history and the future, and do not permit the false feeling of fear to destroy you, emigrate you, or transform you to fuel for wars of the colonialists and tyrants.
