The author questioned in his article, “Is what is required the destruction of all official political systems and then establish an Islamic Khilafah state?” We do not know why the unknown form is used in the question regarding who is the one who sets the ‘requirement’. If he were clearer about the one setting the requirement then he would have answered his question.
Weren’t the existing political systems in the Muslim countries directly imposed by the Crusader West after the demolition of Khilafah State? Didn’t they shield the Jewish entity and enabled it to survive, and even expand, while these regimes suppress not only all who call and work to remove the Jewish state but also who seeks to remove Western colonialism, and wipe out its effects on the region.
Isn’t this system that you are crying for have imposed division and separation between the sons of the one Ummah who are bonded by belief in one God and one Messenger and one Book?
To portray the reality of the conflict between the Ummah and the West, the Coptic thinker Rafiq Habib said, “For the Western countries, the idea of restoring a unified Islamic State as a project to build superpower entity … If the state is established for an Islamic unity, then the West will not continue as a superpower. And most importantly, the role of Western civilization as the dominant and developed civilization over the world will end.” (1)
As if we have been warned by the author of the consequences of an intervention by Washington if we call for the Khilafah State? Were the interventions of the Romans or Persians have any impact in preventing the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and righteous companions of establishing an Islamic state in Yathrib? Did the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم seek permission of the leaders of the Persians and the Romans to allow him to implement the laws of Allah and raise the banner of Tawheed? I do not think that Abu Zakariya is unaware of the reply of Rib’i Ibn A’amir to the Persian leader Rustom, “Allah sent us to bring out whoever wills from the worship of people to the worship of Allah, and from the narrowness to the wideness of the Duniya, and from injustice of other religions to the justice of Islam.”
Also as if he was hinting at an Iranian wisdom in contracting deals under and above the table with the Great Satan, and of facilitating for the American imperialist the occupation of Afghanistan, and the occupation of Uncle Sam to Baghdad, the capital of the Abbasid Khilafah? Did not the leaders of the Iranian regime (including Rafsanjani, and Abtahi, for example) that if it was not for Iran’s help then America would have not been able to occupy Afghanistan and Iraq? And didn’t Ahmadinejad go by his own feet to the U.S. den in the Green Zone to bless and legitimize the U.S. occupation of Iraq?
The establishment of the Khilafah State is not a slogan raised by Islamic movements, nor is it wishful thinking or illusions, it is an obligation prescribed by Allah سبحانه وتعالى from above the seven skies, whether people like it or not, an obligation by Allah and not just any obligation, there is no Islam in its absence and it cannot be established without it. The Muslims will not benefit from a democratic system or a civil state with an alleged Islamic reference, nor the state is established on the slogan of Islam falsely while it holds the consent of Uncle Sam and the Kaffir Crusader West, as what is happening in Iran, Saudi Arabia and the like.
The call for the establishment of the Khilafah is not because of the people, it is the rule of the Lord of Glory who ordered all Muslims and obliged them to fullfil; it is not an option for Muslims but to work for it and cannot show inaction, negligence, or shortcomings.
We respond by saying that the Khilafah which is ordained by Shara’, its structure was built by the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم and by the consensus of the companions, the Shar’ evidence legitimacy to the Shari’ah rule is taken from the Book of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and the Sunnah of His Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and the consensus of the companions, the actions of people are null and void if they are not in agreement with what Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم has brought. The Khilafah is the Shar’i political system that implements the hukum Shar’i based on the Wahi revelation of Allah and not to the whims of human beings and their incapable limited minds. Not only people are fed up of man-made secular system, but also the stones, trees and animals.
The writer wonders, “Is it required to go back to more of underdevelopment, poverty, ignorance, disease, subservience and submission?” Forgetting that the Khilafah has spread Islam and raised the flag waving across the continents during its time, and the Muslim armies reached western China, also reached the gates of Vienna and Poitiers, and the Black Sea waters were the Islamic waters during its era. People aspired to have the Muslim civilization and non-Muslim Westerners who are truthful admitted its merit and they wrote and documented the cultural and scientific achievements, or what is required is bow down to the feet of the Kaffir West in subjugation?
The call for misleading slogans even if hidden under Islamic names currently will not deceive any one! America can no longer hide the fact of its bloody nature, and its love for enslaving the people and political leaders, no matter how much mercenaries it hires and bribes them with a handful of dollars, Uncle Sam or Uncle Tom will not improve or beautify its face covered with the blood of the innocent.
Here, we take advantage of this opportunity and remind the writer and who carries his thoughts that the door of repentance is open as long as one is alive, and we have conveyed what we are obliged to do, Allah supports the righteous.
قال رسول الله : «تكون النبوة فيكم ما شاء الله أن تكون، ثم يرفعها الله إذا شاء أن يرفعها، ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة فتكون ما شاء الله أن تكون، ثم يرفعها الله إذا شاء أن يرفعها، ثم تكون ملكًا عاضًا – يصيب الرعية فيه عسْفٌ وظُلْم، كأنَّهم يُعَضُّون فيه عَضًّا – فيكون ما شاء الله أن يكون، ثم يرفعها إذا شاء الله أن يرفعها، ثم تكون ملكًا جبرية فتكون ما شاء الله أن تكون، ثم يرفعها الله إذا شاء أن يرفعها، ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة، ثم سكت».
“Prophethood will last among you for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will take it away. Then it will be (followed by) a Khilafah Rashida (rightly guided) on the pattern of the Prophethood. It will remain for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will take it away. Afterwards there will be a hereditary leadership which will remain for as long as Allah wills, then He will lift it if He wishes. Afterwards, there will be biting oppression, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be a Khilafah Rashida according to the ways of the Prophethood.’ Then he kept silent.”
