The Khilafah has a very comprehensive and highly responsible nuclear doctrine
Seymour Hersh's disclosure regarding the nuclear assets of Pakistan has exposed the ruler's treachery with Islam and the Muslims. Both the dictators and democratic rulers have become an extreme security risk for the country. Both brought Pakistan's nuclear assets under the command of an American special squad as well as mortgaged Pakistan's sovereignty to secure their rule. The article also highlighted the fact that India and America are not afraid of any dictatorship or some "real democracy", rather they are only frightened of the return of the Khilafah; and in this context the struggle of Hizb ut-Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah is the biggest threat. That is precisely the reason why Hizb is banned throughout the Muslim world though it is a non-violent political party.
Seymour Hersh has also exposed his cloven hoof by naming Hizb ut-Tahrir in his article as a threat. Moreover, he has tried to falsely portray the Khilafah as a terrorist state. Whereas the thirteen hundred year history of Khilafah is a testimony to the fact that it was in the Khilafah where Jews, Christians and people of other religions lived in peace and harmony and their rights were protected.
To the contrary, the ill treatment of the Muslims in the democracies of Israel, India, America and France is not a secret anymore. The Khilafah's nuclear doctrine is based on the clearly defined Ahkam of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and hence is fixed, which no Khaleefah can alter. That is precisely the reason why the Khilafah's nuclear policy is more comprehensive and responsible than the nuclear policies adopted by the west. We have already witnessed the worst manifestation of the west's nuclear policy in the form of mass murder in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Islam obliged the Khilafah state to prepare nuclear weapons because Islam has ordered the Muslims to prepare all possible means that would deter and strike fear in the heart of the enemy.
Although regarding the use of Nuclear weapons the general rule in Islam does not allow their use as these weapons indiscriminately kill innocent civilians in addition to the destruction of military installations; however, there are two exceptions to this general rule where the use of nuclear weapons is allowed.
Firstly, Islam allows a tit for tat response; therefore the Khilafah reserves the right to respond in case nuclear weapons were used against her.
And secondly, Islam allows pre-emptive strikes in the presence of strong evidences of an impending nuclear attack by the adversary.
Furthermore, Khilafah believes in nuclear non-proliferation as no other Islamic state can exist in the presence of Khilafah while in no case these weapons will be given to a Kafir state. The imminent return of the Khilafah has panicked America and other Kafir states but they must remember that all their plans are bound to fail with the will of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, and the Khilafah will be established as per the prediction and glad tidings of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم.

JAZAK ALLAH KHAIR, dear brother,may Allah strengthen ur iman. surely who else is entitled to handle power and all means of material strength available, than the sons of the ummah of Mohammad (SAW) and the servants of ALLAH SUBHAN OTAALA.and the world will know shortly how Islam guarantees peace and harmony once it is practically presented to the humanity. Its time to regain what was always ours. its already late for the western world when the realization is falling upon them.they should rather invest in planning strategies how to cope and coexist wid the caliphate and get out their pathetic theories regarding new world order and Zionist regime,paying jizya is after all a better choice ! and before the kuffar touch and harm our another brother or sister or another child ,they should really think again. shortly they will have to pay for their evil deeds with enormous regret. |

RE: Mushfiqur Rahman Here is an extract from the book Shakhsiya Islamiya volume 2 by Sheikh Taqiudeen an-Nabhani. This is a rough translation of the original Arabic. THE WAR POLICY (AS-SIYASA AL-HARBIYYA) War policy is taking care of the affairs of war upon the position of its matter (sha’an) so as to make the victory for Muslims and (khudlan) for their enemies. The immediate practical aspect is apparent in it. The Shar’a allowed within it things it forbade in other than it, and forbade things within it that it allowed in other than it. It allowed within it lying to the enemy whereas this is forbidden in other than war. In this way, it made for the war policy rules considered specific to war. Of these considerations are those related to dealing with the enemy. Of these is what is related to the actions of war itself, others are related to the Islamic army and others related to other than these. Among what is related to dealing with the enemy, Islam ordained for the Khaleefah and Muslims to do with the enemy similar to the matters which the enemy did to them and allow upon (yastabeeh) the enemy similar to what the enemy allowed upon the Muslims, even if it were of the forbidden things. The Supreme said: وَإِنْ عَاقَبْتُمْ فَعَاقِبُواْ بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبْتُم بِهِ وَلَئِن صَبَرْتُمْ لَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لِّلصَّابِرينَ “And if you take your turn, then retaliate with the like of that with which you were afflicted; but if you are patient, it will certainly be best for those who are patient.” [16:126]. It is narrated that the reason/cause (sabab) for the revelation of this ayah is that the polytheists mutilated Muslims on the day of Uhud; (qarru) of their stomachs, cutting their private parts and slitting the tips (sharamu) of their noses. They did not leave anyone without mutilating him except Handhala bin Ar-Rahib. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) stood over Hamza who had been mutilated, and he was an evil sight as his stomach had been split (shaqqa) and his nose (istalama) so he said: “By the One who is sworn by, if Allah grants me victory over them I will mutilate seventy in your place” so this ayah was revealed. The ayat was revealed in war, and even though it prohibits excess (ziyada) in mutilation nevertheless it is explicit in allowing Muslims to do similar to what the disbelievers did to them. It is even understood from the ayah the permissibility of mutilating those killed among the disbelievers who mutilated those killed among the Muslims, except that it does not exceed in mutilation what they didm although mutilation is haram and there came news (akhbar) regarding that. However, the Muslims can do it if the disbelievers mutilated those killed among the Muslims. Similar to this is deceit (ghadar) and breaking the covenant/promise if the enemy does that or it is feared from him that he will do it, then it is allowed for us to do it. Otherwise it is not allowed for us to do it. It is allowed for us to do this even though there came prohibitions about it according to the war policy since its prohibition is only where the enemy has not done it. If they do it, it is allowed for Muslims to do it. The Supreme said: وَإِمَّا تَخَافَنَّ مِن قَوْمٍ خِيَانَةً فَانبِذْ إِلَيْهِمْ عَلَى سَوَاء إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ الخَائِنِينَ “And if you fear treachery on the part of a people, then throw back to them on terms of equality; surely Allah does not love the treacherous.” [8:58] Accordingly it is allowed for Muslims to use nuclear weapons in their war with the enemy, even if this was before the enemy used them against them (Muslims), as all States permit the use of nuclear weapons in war. So it is allowed to use them although it is forbidden to use nuclear weapons since they destroy humanity whereas jihad is to revive (ihyaa) humanity with Islam not to exterminate humanity. |
