Jordanian parties oppose fight against Islamic State


Six Jordanian political parties on Saturday warned the government of their country against joining an international coalition being formed by the United States against the militant Islamic State (IS) organization. The six parties, which formed what is known as the "Nationalist and Leftist Parties Coalition", said in a statement that the Jordanian government needed to fight radical thinking by cultural, economic and social means.
