After successfully presenting the Declaration to the People of Power at the Islamabad Press Club, Engineer Akmal Khan was able to out smart a heavy contingent of police and reach a safe location. Frustrated police arrested two people who have no connection with Hizb ut-Tahrir, out of which one successfuly escaped (according to Duniya TV).
