Eldar Khamzin is the Media Representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir Russia. This speech was given outside the Russian Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands accounting Russia for its repression of Muslims.
Russia fears being exposed by the word of justice (كَلِمَةُ عَدْلٍ), and has called on Sweden to extradite Eldar Khamzin to Russia after he attempted to hold a protest outside the Russian embassy in Stockholm.

أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةُ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ
