On Thursday 6th June Hizb ut-Tahrir Ukraine organised a rally in Simferopol titled, "One Ummah - One Flag" marking the 92nd anniversary of the Khilafah's destruction and showing support to the people of Syria. More than 2,000 people attended the rally.
Banners were held aloft declaring "Khaleefah - Ummah waits you!", "Ash-Sham - we are with you!" and other Islamic messages.
After the talks the ummah in a show of unity formed a convoy of hundreds of cars proudly displaying the black raya (banner) and white liwa (flag) of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم.
