Aborted Babies Incinerated in Oregon to Provide Electricity

The British Columbia Health Ministry has admitted that the remains of babies destroyed by abortion in B.C. facilities are ending up in a waste-to-power facility in the United States, providing electricity for residents of Oregon. The province’s Health Ministry said in an email to the B.C. Catholic that “biomedical waste” shipped to the US to be incinerated includes “human tissue, such as surgically removed cancerous tissue, amputated limbs, and foetal tissue.” “The ministry understands that some is transferred to Oregon. There it is incinerated in a waste-to-energy plant,” the email stated. [Source: LifeSiteNews.com]

The moral decline in the West knows no bounds. Rather than address the root cause behind abortions, which is the unbridled freedom causing havoc between men and women, Western government are happy to extinguish the problem by burning aborted babies to provide light in the cesspool of moral decadence.

Official: Extensive US involvement in Anti-terror Operation in Yemen

The United States offered extensive assistance beyond drone strikes during a massive anti-terror operation in Yemen, including flying Yemeni commandos to a site where they killed scores of suspected al Qaeda members, a US official said. US Special Operations troops wore night-vision gear and flew Yemeni forces to a remote, mountainous spot in southern Yemen, according to a senior US official. The Yemeni helicopters that the US personnel flew were Russian-made, which helped to minimize the US footprint during the operation. Once there, Yemeni commandos engaged suspected members of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, the US official said, who added that no Americans took part in actual combat on the ground. This same official identified the American personnel involved as special operations members, who are among the most elite and clandestine in the US military. The official said the United States aided Yemen’s government in other ways as well during the multiday operation, which resulted in the deaths of at least 65 suspected terrorists. Official: At least 65 militants killed CIA drones are suspected to have targeted al Qaeda fighters, weapons locations and a training camp. The latter is near where about 100 suspected members of the terrorist group met recently, according to video that’s appeared on jihadist websites and produced worries that the group could be plotting new attacks. On Tuesday, Pentagon spokesman Adm. John Kirby declined to detail the US government’s involvement in this and other aspects of the latest anti-terror operation, though he did highlight its partnership with Yemen. “We continue to work with the Yemeni government and the Yemeni armed forces to help them improve their counterterrorism capabilities inside the country,” said Kirby. “That work continues, and it will continue.” [Source CNN]

Does not the Yemeni government understand the words of Allah (swt)?

“Oh you who have Iman! Choose not My enemy and your enemy for friends. Do ye give them friendship when they disbelieve in that truth which hath come unto you, driving out the messenger and you because ye believe in Allah, your Lord? If ye have come forth to strive in My way and seeking My good pleasure, (show them not friendship). Do ye show friendship unto them in secret, when I am best aware of what ye hide and what ye proclaim? And whosoever doeth it among you, he verily hath strayed from the right way.”

Obama: US Will Defend Japan if China Seizes Senkaku Islands

President Barack Obama—for the first time as an incumbent US president—clearly stated the Senkaku Islands in Okinawa Prefecture are subject to Article 5 of the Japan-US Security Treaty, in a written reply to questions submitted by The Yomiuri Shimbun. “The policy of the United States is clear—the Senkaku Islands are administered by Japan and therefore fall within the scope of Article 5 of the US-Japan Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security. And we oppose any unilateral attempts to undermine Japan’s administration of these islands,” the U.S leader stated ahead of his visit to Japan starting Wednesday. Article 5 stipulates US defence obligations to Japan, which apply to territories under the administration of Japan. Obama’s comment therefore means the United States will defend Japan in the event of a Chinese incursion on the islets, over which China also claims sovereignty. Mentioning “mutual interest” between the United States and China, Obama said his country will “deal directly and candidly” with China over differences on such issues. He also stressed that maritime issues should be handled constructively. “Disputes need to be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy, not intimidation and coercion,” the president said. America is facing a multitude of security threats from Ukraine to the Asian Pacific from two powers namely: Russia and China. Yet, both Moscow and Beijing have failed to develop a consensus on how to work together to undermine American hegemony in these regions. What is more disappointing is that the Muslim world is either a silent spectator or a pawn used by the major powers to safeguard their interests. The time has come for an astute Islamic political leadership to emerge to exploit the tensions between the major powers and protect Muslim interests. This can only be achieved via the Islamic Khilafah, which Muslims must work to re-establish, so that the present American world order can be supplanted by an Islamic world order, which will spread peace and justice around the world. Allah (SWT) says:

وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ

“We sent you as a mercy unto mankind”

Pakistan Envoy Encouraged By Modi´s Remarks on India Relations

Pakistan said Wednesday it was “encouraged” by comments from arch rival India´s election frontrunner Narendra Modi who stressed cooperation with foreign governments if he was elected prime minister. Hindu nationalist hardliner Modi and his opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) party are expected to vault to power at mammoth elections underway in India after a decade of centre-left Congress party rule. Critics fear Modi will adopt a tough foreign policy that could see relations deteriorate with traditional rival Pakistan and neighbouring emerging market giant China. But Pakistan High Commissioner Abul Basit said he welcomed Modi´s comments in a television interview late Tuesday that he would pursue the policies followed by former BJP premier Atal Behari Vajpayee. “I was very much encouraged. They were very positive. It gives us hope that if he is elected as prime minister we should expect more positive things,” Basit told a small gathering of journalists in New Delhi. Basit said dialogue was the only way to resolve outstanding issues such as Kashmir. He said the Pakistani government wished to change the “narrative” between the two countries into one of “cooperation and trust.” The Pakistani envoy also said that his government was “keenly looking forward to a government with which Pakistan (can engage) quickly, comprehensively and meaningfully… and move from conflicting relations. “The envoy added that “terrorism is a common enemy of both countries” and that those who believed Pakistan harboured terrorists “misunderstood the country”. Asked about foreign policy in the TV interview on Tuesday night, Modi asserted that he would follow Vajpayee´s policies. “I believe mutual respect for one another and cooperation should be the basis for relationships with foreign nations,” Modi said, according to the Press Trust of India news agency. Modi’s comments clearly allude to a return to the normalisation process between India and Pakistan followed by BJP under American auspices. Normalisation between the two countries was effectively frozen under the pro-British Congress Party. However, with BJP poised to win the Indian elections Modi— the butcher of Muslims— is setting expectations and is keen to have good relations with Pakistan, so that India under the watchful eye of America can concentrate on countering China in the Asian Pacific region.
