60 years have elapsed since the State of Israel, an illegitimate and foreign entity was transplanted into the heart of the land of Israa wal miraj.

We have witnessed 60 years of mass expulsions, expropriation of land and brutality on a grand scale.

Oh Muslims!

To finally resolve the situation of Palestine there is only one course of action. We must remove the brutal occupation, and return to a pre-1917 situation where Palestine is solely under the authority of the Islamic Khilafah.

The solution to Palestine is not to make deals, seek compromises or return to post 1967 borders.

The solution to Palestine is not to call for a Palestinian State or seek arbitration from the United States or the Quartet.

Allah تعالى says:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَتَّخِذُواْ عَدُوِّى وَعَدُوَّكُمۡ أَوۡلِيَآءَ

“You who believe, do not take My enemies and yours as allies.”
[TMQ Al-Mumtahanah: 1]

He تعالى says:

وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمۡ فَإِنَّهُ ۥ مِنۡہُمۡ‌ۗ

“Anyone who takes them as an ally becomes one of them.”
[TMQ Al-Ma’idah: 51]

Allah تعالى demands the return of all occupied land to the authority of Islam and Muslims. There can be no compromise on this hukm despite the immense pressures from the enemies of Islam.

Oh Muslims!

The nasr (victory) is from Allah تعالى alone. We must understand that before Allah تعالى grants us victory, He تعالى will test us and there may be periods of immense hardship before victory is finally granted. Our response to these tests and hardships is to have sabr (perseverance) and not deviate from the straight path.

Allah تعالى says:

أَمۡ حَسِبۡتُمۡ أَن تَدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأۡتِكُم مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلِكُم‌ۖ مَّسَّتۡہُمُ ٱلۡبَأۡسَآءُ وَٱلضَّرَّآءُ وَزُلۡزِلُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُ ۥ مَتَىٰ نَصۡرُ ٱللَّهِ‌ۗ أَلَآ إِنَّ نَصۡرَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِيبٌ۬

“Do you suppose that you will enter the Garden without first having suffered like those before you? They were afflicted by misfortune and hardship, and they were so shaken that even [their] messenger and the believers with him cried, ‘When will Allah’s help arrive?’ Truly, Allah’s help is near.”
[TMQ Al-Baqarah:214]

Oh Muslims!

In pursuit of the victory of Allah تعالى we must not seek appeasement with the dominant international opinion, or use language that obscures the hukm of Allah تعالى in this matter.

Allah تعالى says:

لَتُبۡلَوُنَّ فِىٓ أَمۡوَٲلِڪُمۡ وَأَنفُسِڪُمۡ وَلَتَسۡمَعُنَّ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِڪُمۡ وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُوٓاْ أَذً۬ى كَثِيرً۬ا‌ۚ وَإِن تَصۡبِرُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ ذَٲلِكَ مِنۡ عَزۡمِ ٱلۡأُمُورِ

“You are sure to be tested through your possessions and persons; you are sure to hear much that is hurtful from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allah. If you are steadfast and mindful of Allah, that is the best course.”
[TMQ Al-Imraan:186]

The land of Palestine is the land of Islam and the rightful owners are Muslims. The occupiers of Palestine must be expelled and banished from the land, because they are occupiers and Islam forbids occupiers to inhabit the lands of Islam.

Palestine will remain Muslim Land until the Day of Judgment. Its liberation will not be at the hands of the shameful Arab rulers who sign treaty after treaty, each time capitulating more and more to the demands of the Israeli’s.

Oh Muslims!

We call upon you, to work for the re-establishment of the Khilafah that will remove these shameless rulers and unify Muslim land and her resources to liberate Palestine.

Allah تعالى says:

لَّا يَنۡهَٮٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمۡ يُقَـٰتِلُوكُمۡ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَلَمۡ يُخۡرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَـٰرِكُمۡ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمۡ وَتُقۡسِطُوٓاْ إِلَيۡہِمۡ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُقۡسِطِينَ
إِنَّمَا يَنۡہَٮٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ قَـٰتَلُوكُمۡ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَأَخۡرَجُوڪُم مِّن دِيَـٰرِكُمۡ وَظَـٰهَرُواْ عَلَىٰٓ إِخۡرَاجِكُمۡ أَن تَوَلَّوۡهُمۡ‌ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمۡ فَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ

“Allah does not forbid you to deal kindly and justly with anyone who has not fought you for your faith or driven you out of your homes: Allah loves the just. But Allah forbids you to take as allies those who have fought against you for your faith, driven you out of your homes, and helped others to drive you out: any of you who take them as allies will truly be wrongdoers.”
[TMQ Al-Mumtahanah: 8-9]

The natural situation of Palestine is under the authority of the Khilafah with Bait ul-Maqdis (Jerusalem) as its capital.

The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم said: “This matter (Khilafah) will continue after me in Al-Madina, then (move to) Al-Shaam, then to the peninsula, then to Iraq, then to the city (Constantinople), then to Bait-ul-Maqdis. So if it reaches Bait-ul-Maqdis, then it would have reached its (natural resting place); and no people who remove it (i.e. the capital of the Khilafah) from their land will ever get it back again (for them to be the capital again).” [Narrated by Ibn ‘Asaakir, from Maseerah b. Jaleese]

Every city mentioned in the hadith has been the capital of the Khilafah at one time or other except Bait ul-Maqdis. Constantinople (Istanbul) was the last capital of the Khilafah and the next capital for the future Khilafah when it liberates Palestine inshAllah will be Bait ul-Maqdis.
