On Monday, 16/12/2013, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights announced that the outcome of the children who died as a result of last Sunday’s aerial bombing which targeted the rebel-controlled neighborhoods in the city of Aleppo is 28 children. In an e-mail on Monday morning, the Local Coordination Committees said that regime forces launched on Sunday a “fierce campaign on the Aleppo liberated neighbourhoods, where warplanes bombarded most of the neighborhoods with explosive barrels and vacuum bombs.”
Aleppo has witnessed an intense aerial bombardment and violence during the past few days in the rebel-controlled neighborhoods… Thus, the Baathist criminal regime continues to destroy all the Syrian cities and demolish houses atop the heads of its inhabitants. It is creative in its criminal tactics such as those barrels that carried explosives weighing about 400 kilograms; note that every two barrels equal a Scud missile, which left the targeted neighbourhoods devastated. Women were seen searching through the rubble for their children and families, and the children frantically searching for their parents and siblings. Rescue teams were unable to reach all of the victims’ stricken locations due to the snowstorm that is sweeping the region, particularly with the total collapse of the buildings atop the heads of its inhabitants. This is at the same time the Danish and Norwegian teams in Cyprus are working to transfer the first shipment of Syrian chemical weapons to be destroyed, at a time when the world conspires against this revolution, including what they are preparing for the Geneva Conference II.
O Ummah of Islam:
Does it not suffice you the silence on the crimes of Bashar and those who help him to prolong the duration of his reign; trying to abort your revolution and your demand for the rule by Islam! Is it possible that your reaction to the entire heartbreaking scenes of the remains of the burned and mutilated bodies and the cries of the bereaved women and the children who are confused should be met with condemnation and denunciation only! How can you be satisfied with your lives while you watch your brothers take the earth as their beds and the sky as their roof during the recent snowstorm? Many children died from the cold and you watch without giving them any aid or assistance! How can you keep silent over such governments that left them to face the storm bare, hungry, and homeless in camps in Jordan or Turkey or Lebanon? How could you bear their sight and their blood freezing in their veins and their souls ascending to the Maker complaining that you disappointed and failed them? All governments claim that these refugees are a burden and take their allocated aid in order to house them and then leave them at the mercy of such weather conditions which despite its cruelty perhaps it is the kindest to them! Here is the oppressor not only satisfied with that but is pursuing on the ground and in the air… Killing, slaughtering and shelling them, and you sufficed by counting the numbers of martyrs, wounded and displaced!
O Muslim Armies:
Does your blood not boil throughout your veins watching this tyrant committing massacres against the innocent day and night for the past three years in order for you to rise up to your duty towards them? Does their pain not provoke your pride, dignity, and manhood from your governments’ practices that have silenced their ears from hearing your brothers’ sufferings and did not lift a finger for their support but rather colluded with the butcher Bashar against them? Then when they sought their refuge, they left them in death camps under the summer heat and bitter winter cold, is not amongst you a sensible commander to order his soldiers to rise up in support of Islam and Muslims and lend a helping hand to women and children who suffer and cry for help day and night?!
The refuge and the rescue of your Ummah from the oppression of your rulers and their control will only be by giving support to Islam and those who are working to establish the Islamic State, which will strike the oppressors, their agents, and those who follow them with an iron fist. The camp of Truth (Haq) and the camp of Falsehood (Batil) are clear for all to see. So give support to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah ar-Rashida State, and pledge allegiance to the great scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah the Ameer of the Hizb as Khaleefah for the Muslims. By the permission of Allah, you will then be the best soldiers to the best commander and you will gain victory in both the Dunya and Akhira by the will of Allah.
لا يَسْتَوِي مِنكُم مَّنْ أَنفَقَ مِن قَبْلِ الْفَتْحِ وَقَاتَلَ أُوْلَئِكَ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أَنفَقُوا مِن بَعْدُ وَقَاتَلُوا وَكُلًّا وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الْحُسْنَى وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ
“Those of you who gave and fought before the Victory are not the same as those who gave and fought afterwards. They are higher in rank. But to each of them Allah has promised the Best. Allah is aware of what you do.”
