The Geneva II Conference is a Conspiratorial, Treacherous, Submissive American Conference that must be rejected under all Circumstances. Participation is prohibited by the Shar’ia, just as Silence around its Holding
Under an unprecedented American attack in dealing with the Syrian file, and under severe pressure on the oppositional National Coalition to attend the Geneva II conference, Washington is spending its outmost effort for the conference to be held, to impose their solution. Following their path and serving them, their envoy Lakhdar Brahimi took off with his American mission after receiving green light from the U.S. to move. So he shuttled to some countries in the region, and then met the criminal Bashar on Wednesday, 30/10/2013 CE. He concluded his trip in Tehran on Saturday 02/11/2013 CE to present the outcome of his meetings to America, whose Foreign Minister meets with the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs today on 05/11/2013 CE. Within this meeting the practical steps for the holding of the conference will be agreed upon, including setting the date for it to take place.
On top of this, the American Lakhdar’s movements and statements have coincided with the positions of both America and Russia, and Iran and the criminal regime of Bashar al-Assad, and have all been united in the same direction: The need for this conference, giving Bashar and Iran a role to ensure that American interests are achieved through the conference. America has contributed to strengthen the position of its agent Bashar militarily and supplied him with money, men and arms through their agents, under Iranian lead, and by protecting him from international accountability after using chemical weapons against Muslims in Syria. They have even strengthened his international position and praised him for abandoning this weaponry for the benefit of the West and the Jewish entity, the enemies of Islam and Muslims. Hence their agent Bashar goes to the conference in a position of strength, and the other party is weak, and hence America can dictate its terms of a solution.
The Geneva II Conference is a perfidious, submissive American conference cooked in the cellars of the U.S. State Department, and carried out in the corridors of the United Nations as one of its subsidiaries, which is now led by the assistant of the former U.S. Secretary of State Jeffrey Feltman, who works as a political adviser to its president Ban Ki-Moon. On top of this, America has chosen the lowest personalities from the secular figures to form what is known as the Syrian National Coalition to represent Muslims in the upcoming negotiations. To make it worse, those who are even more despicable in representation will be added to them: the members of the National Coordination Body for the Force of Democratic Change, the direct agents of the criminal Syrian regime. It is well known that what was adopted by the Geneva I Conference from a demand for the formation of a transitional ruling body with full executive authority, including members of the current government, the opposition and other groups, was formed on the basis of mutual compatibility in order to reach a democratic system of governance. It is a U.S. demand which America wants to make a framework for a solution. It is no secret that this body will be on the pattern of the Iraqi Governing Council in terms of sectarian and ethnic distribution within it. We have started witnessing such features through the Kurdish military moves and the statements of the Christian party who conjures up a crisis with the Muslims so its political demands and demands for representation in the Council are justified. This gives the pre-image of the colonial, malicious American intentions against Muslims in Syria and the region.
Since the conditions of the solution have not yet become clear, for the existence of an overwhelming Islamic position in the revolution, it is expected that America will first of all apply pressure to hold this conference, only to receive the legitimacy of the Governing Council. Then the next step of working on the ground will follow, to eliminate Islamic militant revolutionary groups by way of political, media and military mobilization, and sending international peace forces that are effective, i.e. militant, as was stated by the American Lakhdar himself. This comes along the lines of the international ISAF forces in Afghanistan, which committed the most heinous crimes against the Muslims there. America works to install the new Karzai of Syria, and to split the fighters and give legitimacy to those who walk along with them and strike those who refuse to do so, after accusing them of terrorism. All of this will be carried out under the pretext of maintaining international legitimacy and the international solution, which is in fact the American solution.
The question that imposes itself here is: How do the National Coalition of Jarba and Kilo, and the Military Council of Idris accept to go to Geneva II and bow to the American solution, while America declares day and night that they will not intervene except on the basis of their interests?! On top of that, Bashar is their agent who schemes his criminal actions according to American commands, but as America has not been able to maintain him on the ruling chair, it is looking for an alternative agent ruler. Are they going to Geneva II alongside America to achieve this?! Does not the American silence around Assad’s crime of using of chemical weapons against the people mean that they work against Muslims in Syria?! Further, does not their attendance of Geneva mean they are seeking to be part of the solution?!
Oh Conspirators from the Members of the National Coalition: Your participation in this conference, and in any other American-sponsored conference, is an unforgivable crime. The fury of the Ummah will come over you like a thunderbolt, if you do not stop throwing yourself into American laps. You are the new agents who will sell Muslim blood cheaply for empty positions and crippled chairs of ruling, standing on blood and body parts. In this role you are more dangerous than Bashar himself, his regime and his security team which will as a whole turn into your security apparatus.
Oh Righteous Muslims in Syria ash-Sham the Abode of Islam: Allah Almighty commands us assertively to rule with His complete Shari’ah in all affairs of life, and warns us from ruling with anything else, moreover to be our enemy as America. He سبحانه وتعالى said:
أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلَالًا بَعِيدًا
“Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray.”
(An-Nisa: 60)
He سبحانه وتعالى also said:
فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا
“But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission.”
(An-Nisa: 65)
Therefore even resorting to America is Haram and its prohibition is grave. The titles placed for the Geneva II Conference reveal the severity of antagonism with the Deen of Allah. When America declares a fight against terrorism and terrorists, meaning Islam with “terrorism”, and with “terrorists” meaning the owners of the Islamic project working to establish a Khilafah state from among the Muslims, then this should make us realize that America understands the magnitude of danger posed on it through the Da’wah and the work for the establishment of the Khilafah. It stings America severely that the Da’wah for the Khilafah is launching out with strength in Syria ash-Sham. Here is Hizb ut Tahrir, leader of this Da’wah, stretching out its hand to all those working sincerely, such that they appoint Hizb ut Tahrir to establish this great obligation that satisfies Allah Almighty according to His saying:
وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ * الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ
“And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might. [And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters.”
