The blessed Sham awoke to the news of the shelling of al-Ghouta, the camp of the Muslims, in an alarming mass genocide operation, and images spread that made even the stones cry and shook the conscious, of our children embracing death while asleep, and some entered a state of hysteria suffocating from the chemicals. And according to the doctors’ testimony to Human Rights Watch, most of the victims were children and women.
This brutality and sadism is not new to this butcher who inherited the execution of massacres from his buried father. Dara’a, Karam al-Zaytoon, al-Howla, Daria, Jadidat Artouz and Jadidat al-Fadel have witnessed his crimes before, and the list goes on. This massacre is a technique undertaken by the Ba’athist regime to control the people of al-Sham, and whenever this regime increases in weakness and contempt, it increases in arrogance and force to impose its hegemony on a chair that it never believed to be eternal. This heinous crime came days after the massacres that al-Sisi carried out during the dispersal of the sit-ins at al-Nahda and Rabia al-Adawiya, so both al-Sisi and Bashar ride the wave headed by the West which appears as a war on terror and is in reality a war on Islam and the Muslims; and the practice of state terror in its ugliest form. Al-Sisi carried our his crime on the fourteenth of August and the Butcher Bashar expressed his support for this approach the next day, commenting on the Syrian events “There is no solution with terrorism other than for it to be stricken with an iron hand.” He would not dare to harm our family in the Damascus countryside if not for what he saw of betrayal and the neglect of the rights of the Muslims. May Allah fight them, for they cooperate in sin and aggression and in the terror of the vulnerable women and children.
As for the reaction of the rulers of detriment; it was silence like the silence of the dead. One example, out of 35 countries sent a letter to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, demanding an immediate investigation into the use of chemical weapons in Syria. As though the investigations and the previous commissions had protected a single child or woman or elder in the land of al-Sham from the brutality of this arrogant tyrant
As for what is called the international community; it was lead by the voices of sceptics of the chemical attack and they begged the criminal tyrant to allow the investigators who are in Syria to visit the site of the event and carry out the necessary investigations to reach to the truth. This was only to mitigate the event and so that their connection to the human catastrophe which the world followed by sound and image would not be uncovered. This is the international community that calls for investigations in a clear matter that is as clear as the sun in the sky; the same international community that took Iraq on suspicion of deadly weapons and killed the children and women of Iraq violently and unjustly despite the denial of its commissions, and did not hesitate to invade Afghanistan, Somalia, Mali and others without any investigations.
As for the reaction of America to the Butcher’s crime; it was blatant and uncovers the American stance on Syria and its people. American Army Commander General Martin Dempsey commented on the chemical massacre, “Any military intervention in Syria is not in the interests of the United States, because the fighters of the Syrian opposition do not support American interests.” Is this not enough proof of the reality of their position and the charade of their red lines?
As for you, Oh armies of the Muslims, you have betrayed the people of al-Sham and their plight has lengthened while they wait for your support. Are your hearts not shattered by the screams of the bereaved and from seeing dead babies in the arms of their parents? Are your bodies not chilled to see hundreds of souls that death raided while they were safe in their homes? Do these images not move the loyalty of men in you? Do you not say as the martyr, Allah willing, Omar al-Mukhtar said, “Even if the cannon breaks my sword, the wrong cannot break my right”. Know that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has guided you that there is no obedience to a creation in disobedience to the Creator, so do not surrender to the orders of those who you have exposed and whose vice has emerged, and Allah is the Master of His Affairs, but most people know not.
