The United States of America via their secretary of State is supporting the Egyptian regime with 1.3 billion Dollars in military aid for Egypt to prevent attacks from Gaza in the direction of Israel and to serve the US’s national interests! And in a disclosed document the US secretary of State reiterated the necessity of the Egyptian regime to strengthen Democracy within Egypt and its institutions (Samaa News agency, Friday 07/06/2013).

Firstly: That this American aid to the Egyptian regime confirms that the regime after the revolution still remains loyal to the disbelieving colonial west and that the blessed revolution that occurred on the 25th of January has not reaped fruits in regards to internal and external change. This is because this aid (which is always based on conditions) affirms the continuation of the regime and its leaders subordination to the United States of America and are proceeding on the very same path, hand span by hand span, as the leaders who were present before the revolution proceeded upon. So no revival upon the basis of Islaam has been established and no cutting of the political and intellectual ropes of subordination have been cut!

Secondly: This military aid provided to the Egyptian regime has come as a result of the service provided by it and its guarding of the Jewish entity. America has understood that the leaders of the ‘Half-revolution’ are proceeding according to the interests in the region, most significantly those related to the protection of the Jewish entity! So the commitment of the regime to the invalid peace agreements, in particular those of Camp David, in addition to the destruction of the tunnels between Egypt and Gaza and the covenant that they have made to declare war against ‘Terrorism’ (i.e. Islaam) and to hunt down all Jihaadi movements in the Sinai. This is in addition to the intellectual subordination by committing themselves to Democracy, the Civil State and the safeguarding of the Republican System instead of the Islamic Khilafah… All of this has confirmed to America and assured her that the rulers of the ‘Half-revolution’ are worthy and qualified recipients of that aid which will never be used against her interests but rather will be used against the Muslims who are striving to free themselves from her poisonous grip.

Thirdly: We affirm to our honorable people in Egypt that the blessed revolution has yet to realize the accomplishment of its objective represented in the call to bring down the regime. This is because a revolution against the regime means the downfall of the rulers, those who run the affairs, the complete cancellation of the constitution, the ending of the capitalist intellectual system that governs the land and which wore the people down in poverty and unemployment, and the end of Democracy which has made the ruling and sovereignty belonging to the people and not to the creator, planner and manager, the Lord of all people and everything in existence. The result of failing to do this is to suffer in this life in hardship, discomfort and unease.

Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:

وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَىٰ

“As for the one who disregards My message, he will have a miserable life, and we resurrect him, on the Day of resurrection, blind.”

(Ta Ha, 20:124)

And we will not leave this life of hardship, discomfort and unease until we complete the revolution in the correct manner and in accordance to sound thought and this is realised by the work to establish the second rightly guided Khilafah along with those sincere Muslims who have dedicated themselves to this work hoping to reap all of its fruits in goodness and contentment in this life, whilst obtaining the pleasure of Allah سبحانه وتعالى is far greater.

هَذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ

“This is a clear explanation for all mankind, and guidance and admonition for those who have taqwa.”

(Al-Imraan, 3:138)
