One Ummah – One state – The new global power
Pakistan, Khilafah and the re-unification of the Muslim World
On 17 February 2009, US President, Barack Hussain Obama, announced an additional 17,000 troops to be sent to support America’s occupation of Afghanistan, where there are already 38,000 American troops and 19,000 from other countries. In a written statement from the Whitehouse, he said, “The situation in Afghanistan and Pakistan demands urgent attention and swift action … This increase is necessary to stabilize a deteriorating situation in Afghanistan, which has not received the strategic attention, direction and resources it urgently requires.” And after the deal between Pakistan’s rulers and some Muslims for the implementation of some Islamic laws in a tiny region, Swat, America raised a hue and cry all over the world that Islam may emerge as a power in the region and so the world must support America’s war against Islam.
However, additional troops, raising hue and cry about Islam or more drone attacks will not save Obama’s failing crusade. American forces fundamentally lack in bravery what they do not lack in sophisticated weaponry or numbers. So, the Americans are in trouble facing small groups of poorly armed but brave Muslim resistance from Afghanistan and Pakistan’s tribal areas. Even Pakistan’s army, upon which America depends for its war, is unreliable as it is a Muslim army, harboring affections for Muslims and deep hatred for America. The situation is so dire that America’s agent ruler of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, depends on American troops to maintain a government that does not extend much beyond the capital, Kabul. And American officials scuttle here and there, scrambling for an alternative to Karzai or another solution, before the Afghan elections that are due in August.
Moreover, not only is America struggling with the Muslims (even though they do not have a Khilafah state), America has aggravated other states, including major powers amongst them, due to its arrogance. Canada, Germany, Britain and others have confirmed that they are withdrawing their troops, although they are sending a few extra troops to keep an eye on the Afghan elections. As for Russia and China, they are deeply resentful of America’s presence on their doorstep, Afghanistan. Moreover, they resist the pressures that America uses to contain both states, whether the issue of Taiwan, North Korea or raising India as a rival, in the case of China, or the issue of Georgia and the anti-ballistic missile shield, in the case of Russia.
And even in her own region, North, Central and South America, which she calls the New World, America is facing growing challenges to her dominance. Bolivia and Venezuela have threatened American interests, and even within America itself, several states, like Arizona, have declared intention for independence from the United States in case of emergency!
O Muslims of Pakistan!
This is the desperate situation in which America finds itself in the world, and all this is besides the severe economic crisis that cripples it. It is clear American hegemony will not remain for ever, rather it is going to disappear. Despite the American presence in every corner in the world, and despite the cooperation of the rulers and governments in supporting this presence, there is an ever increasing hatred of America found within peoples, particularly within the Islamic Ummah. The world despises America for its arrogance, bias towards the state of Jews, and colonialism and enslavement of others.
But though the situation is suitable for the end of American hegemony, it will never disappear except by establishing the Khilafah state, which will implement, Islam, by Allah سبحانه وتعالى as mercy for mankind. At that moment, the justice of Islam will expose the ugliness of America’s capitalist leadership, in terms of its materialistic thought and colonial method. Moreover, the Khilafah will undertake to eradicate the dominance and arrogance of America, and force her to retreat to her isolation in her New World, the Americas, whatever remains of it.
O Muslims of Pakistan!
The situation is on your side and you must firm your resolve and fully commit to Hizb ut-Tahrir and its serious work to establish the Khilafah.
And remember O Muslims, America itself is an example for you for America did not appear as a world power overnight or by chance. As you are today, America was dominated by Western powers, the European states, particularly England. Like you, she was also divided into many states, over fifty. And like you she possessed huge resources. But she did not surrender to her circumstances and expelled the foreign powers from her lands and formed one single state from several American states. Thus, a powerful state emerged that proceeded in the international field as a strong state. So what of you O Muslim Ummah, who carry the truth and are ordered by Allah سبحانه وتعالى to be one?
The serious work for Khilafah requires you to fully comprehend the warning of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم when he said that your enemies will only be able to fall upon you, attacking, if you fear death and love life. RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
“The nations will fall upon you, inviting others just like the guests invited to a meal.” They asked, “Will we be few in numbers on that day?” He صلى الله عليه وسلم replied, “No you will be many, but you will be like the froth on the waters. Allah will remove fear of you from the hearts of your enemies and He will cast Wahan in your hearts.” They asked, “What is Wahan, O RasulAllah?” He صلى الله عليه وسلم replied, “Love of life and fear of death.” Abu Dawud
So, this means that Muslims are commanded never to fear death and love life above their deen, or there will be consequences in this life as well as the next! So, you must neither fear the rulers nor their colonialist masters in your struggle to establish the Khilafah.
O Muslims, not only is the situation on your side, you are fully capable of establishing the Khilafah. Islam and the Khilafah are in your blood. You are part of an Ummah that was seeking supremacy for the deen of Allah for over thirteen centuries as the Khilafah state. Indeed, even when you faced occupation by the British, you moved in support of the Khilafah. The elements of a great power are still hidden within you. The signs of your vitality surged at the end of the last century and now you have signs that the dawn of Islam is near, with its return again as a great state, rather the leading state, by Allah سبحانه وتعالى’s leave. Moreover, this Khilafah state must be implemented initially in one or more of the strongest Muslim states, and there is little doubt that Pakistan with the seventh largest army in the world and nuclear missiles, is one of them.
It is this Khilafah state that will implement the deen of Islam and with its rightly guided Khaleefah undertake practical steps for the Muslims to emerge as the leading state. Only the Khilafah will expel colonialist ambassadors from the Muslim Lands who spread mischief throughout the Muslim Lands. It will end all forms of assistance to the Western occupying forces in Afghanistan. It will close down NATO supply lines and seize their assets. Its army will co-ordinate with the Muslims of FATA and Afghanistan so as to fight and expel the crusader forces. It will work to actively unify Afghanistan to the Khilafah, and this alone is the practical manner to end all American and Indian mischief from Afghanistan. Moreover, the Khaleefah will seek to unify the entire Muslim world as the single most resourceful state in the world. And not only will the Khilafah transform the map of the Muslim World, it will light fires against America throughout the world. Its example will encourage other nations to threaten America’s interests and open up more fronts against it, whether it is Russia’s cutting off of supplies to forces in Afghanistan or China’s internationalizing the issue of Taiwan.
O Muslims of the armed forces!
America’s supremacy is collapsing, the world is abandoning it and all that is required is a firm knock for it to fall. The Ummah is ready for Khilafah, indeed it has been ready for many years. And Pakistan is in the centre of the world stage today, so what better place for America’s fall to begin? But the practical change lies in your hands for you alone can remove the tyrant rulers and give Hizb ut-Tahrir the Nussrah to establish the Khilafah in their place. The opportunity for a great reward is in your hands, but the neglect of your duty will bring a great punishment. Remember, dear brothers, those of you who sided with the tyrants and obeyed them will only curse them and regret on the day when cursing and regretting will be too late. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّا أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَاءنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا السَّبِيلَا
رَبَّنَا آتِهِمْ ضِعْفَيْنِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ وَالْعَنْهُمْ لَعْنًا كَبِيرًا
“And they said, “Our Lord! Verily, we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the (right) way. Our Lord! Give them double torment and curse them with a mighty curse.”” [Surah Al-Ahzab 33:67-68]
So, dear brothers, firm your resolve, fear Allah سبحانه وتعالى alone and obey Allah سبحانه وتعالى alone and step forward to change the situation, not only of this Ummah but that of the entire world. So when will you respond?
