In an address at the West Point military academy on 1 December 2009, US President, Barack Obama, declared, “Our troops will begin to come home.” However, the US did not fight a twelve year war, which bled its economy at a time of its collapse and shattered the reputation of its armed forces in the eyes of the world, merely to leave without securing its influence in the region. Moreover, America depends on Pakistan’s support for keeping its influence, just as it depended on Pakistan to invade the region in the first place. But, America could neither provide a truthful justification, nor even a deceiving web of lies, by which to gain our support. So, instead America has resorted to orchestrating relentless waves of bombings and assassinations, which have not spared the troops or ordinary civilians, the women or the men, the children or the elderly, the Muslims or the non-Muslims, the market-places or the places of worship, whilst its agents scream, “Look, see, it is our war after all.” An evil deception, built on the skulls and bones of the people, cemented in their blood!

يُخَادِعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلاَّ أَنْفُسَهُم وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ
“They seek to deceive Allah and those who believe, but they only deceive themselves, though they are not aware of it.”
(Surah Baqarah: 9)

The thinking and aware have noted that the Americans have always linked the waves of violence to winning support for their war. On 1 December 2009, Obama declared, “There have been those who have said fighting against extremism is not their fight… as innocents have been killed from Karachi to Islamabad, it has become clear that it is the Pakistan people who are the most endangered by extremism.” Then again, after nearly three years of bombings and assassinations, on 12 October 2012, Victoria Nuland, the US State Department’s spokesperson, said, “So obviously, the degree to which the Pakistani people turn against them help their government to go after them. That would be, perhaps, a silver lining from this horrible tragedy.”
The thinking and aware have also noticed that these attacks target our markets and our homes, our troops and our people, whilst taking care to leave the American presence untouched, whether they are CIA and FBI offices, drone bases, private military “Blackwater”-type lairs, or American embassies and consulates. The thinking and aware will have noticed that we have never before been afflicted by such large scale devastation before the American presence was established amongst us. And they will know that no sincere and aware Muslim could have master-minded such terror campaigns, which contradict the clear tenants of Islam. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says,
وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِناً مُّتَعَمِّداً فَجَزَآؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِداً فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَاباً عَظِيماً
“And whosoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him”
(Surah Al-Nisaa: 93)
And RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم ordered the securing of the non-Muslims under our protection, saying,
أَلا مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهِدًا لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ فَقَدْ أَخْفَرَ بِذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ، فَلا يُرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا
“Indeed, whoever kills a person who is granted the pledge of protection (Mu’ahid) that has a covenant from Allah and a covenant from His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم, then he has violated the covenant with Allah and the covenant of His Messenger, so he shall not smell the fragrance of Paradise; even though its fragrance can be sensed from the distance of seventy autumns.”
In fact, a key function of the American presence within Pakistan is to perpetrate bombings and assassinations throughout the country. With the help of handfuls of traitors in our military and political leadership, the likes of Musharraf and Kayani, Zardari and Nawaz Sharif, America first opened and then kept open our doors to a huge American network of military, private military and intelligence. Such American networks are well known throughout the world for their malicious role in creating chaos, from Central America to the Far East. Their routine work includes assassinations and blasts. In addition, they are grooming agents to infiltrate of local groups to discredit the sincere resistance to their occupation of Afghanistan in our eyes. This deception is a hallmark of American warfare and such attacks are known as “false flag attacks,” attacks in the name of the enemy to build support for the war.
Moreover, America has no intention to stop these lowly, despicable and evil terror tactics. Beyond 2014, America intends to maintain a large presence for its military, intelligence and private military within Pakistan and Afghanistan that it established since its invasion. In fact, America is expanding its presence by building the world’s second largest embassy in Islamabad, a disguised fortress in all but name, a further nine bases in Afghanistan, as well as 120,000 of its personnel in our region. Thus America will continue its war on Pakistan because it neither trusts us, nor our armed forces nor our intelligence, despite the traitorous agents within our leadership. America is well aware of the strong Islamic feelings within all of us as well as our great anger at the injustice and oppression we suffered at the hands of America. Moreover, the kafir colonialists today are aware that the entire Ummah is rising for Khilafah, a fact that keeps them awake in their beds, with regards to Syria, Pakistan and other Muslim Lands. So these bombings serve both as a deception to secure support and as a stick to beat into submission, whilst American frantically seeks to legitimise her continued and expanding presence on the doorstep of the most powerful Muslim state, through “peace” negotiations.
O Muslims of Pakistan!
We will never know of peace whilst America maintains its presence amongst us. The traitors in our leadership point here and there to deceive us on behalf of their masters, but they will never point out the root cause, which is the American presence. Moreover, know that America will never leave on its own, for it views our lands and resources as its own, to pillage and plunder as its wishes. It must be ejected, backed by force and strength. For whenever America has the upper hand over us, even if it were by a single military base, consulate or intelligence office, it spares no evil. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says,
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ – إِنْ يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ
“O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies as allies, showing affection towards them. – Should they gain the upper hand over you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you with evil, and they desire that you should disbelieve.”
(Surah Al-Mumtahina: 1-2)
O Officers of Pakistan’s Armed Forces!
You swore an oath to protect these Muslim Lands and its people and that matters have got so far and are set to go further, lies squarely at your feet. It is not too late even now. Throw back the war of the Americans in their faces, overturn their deception and mischief, purify these lands of Pakistan, the Pure, the Good, from their filthy presence. Then the hateful enemies will know they deceived themselves about this noble Ummah, her awareness and her will. It is upon you now to grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir under its Ameer, the eminent jurist and statesman, Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah. Only then will your movements be governed by your Deen, moving you to expel the crusader presence within Pakistan and the wider region, whether it is their intelligence or military, bases or offices, embassies or consulates. Hizb ut-Tahrir has raised the call for Khilafah and this call has reached you now in all your quarters, so respond!
إنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَذِكْرَى لِمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى السَّمْعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
“Verily, therein is indeed a reminder for him who has a heart or gives ear while he is heedful.”
(Surah Qaf: 37)
