Operation Dragon Strike and the Grand Peace Jirga: Peace or Hypocrisy!
On 2nd October 2010 the hypocrite regime in Kabul launched a national peace Jirga to negotiate with the Mujahedeen, yet for more than two weeks Kandahar has suffered under the brutal military operation ‘Dragon Strike’. Similarly, NATO and US forces have killed and wounded hundreds of Muslims in Afghanistan every day.
The on-going crusade in Kandahar – ‘Operation Dragon Strike’ is not only murdering Muslims but also forcing them to leave their families and their livelihoods. It’s the time when farmers get their fruit and crops such as wheat, grapes and pomegranate etc, but because of the operation everything will get spoiled. This will cause another hard blow to the Muslims of Kandahar in addition to the loss of their loved ones. Furthermore, a mass exodus continues from Kandahar to other cities and provinces. Despite knowing all this, the corrupt Karzai regime has not done anything for the displaced people and they have been left under the sky. Indeed this is what democracy is about and these are the rewards it has given the people of Afghanistan.
On the other hand there are some shameless “Ulema” who as part of the Grand Peace Jirga, are striving hard to remove the obstacles for the occupiers by creating some sort of legitimacy for the corrupt Karzai regime.
In the last decade, despite the evil propaganda of the West and its stooges, both ‘Ulema and politicians’ the Muslims of Afghanistan and the true Ulema have realized that democracy is not only kufr but also unable to solve their problems. However, the subservient rulers of the Muslim world and the so called Ulema have proved time and again that their loyalties are not for Allah سبحانه وتعالى, his Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم and the people but to their colonial Masters.
The state sponsored Ulema know very well that the only system that can solve our problems is the system that is given to us by our Creator and came through revelation i.e. Khilafah, not a system of Bush and Obama. History is testimony to the fact that the Khilafah ruled the world for more than 1300 years with justice and fair play and brought humanity out from darkness into light.
Furthermore, these are the same ‘Ulema’ who gave a fatawa against democracy calling it Kufr, the signed copy of which is still available. We would like to ask them whether the Islam they were following has changed or is it they who in fact are astray?
Allah has promised to preserve his revelation; indeed, it is they, who have gone astray from the straight path.
