Whilst flood victims are dying the rulers watch from their helicopters!

Floods are not a new phenomenon in Pakistan. However, despite the passage of over 60 years this system and its rulers, democratic and dictators alike, could not develop a system for flood management. In their view the only flood management system is to blow warning sirens just before flood even though hundreds and thousands of lives are lost in the floods every time.

Flood victims are dying of starvation while the rulers watch the show from their helicopters!!!

O oppressive rulers! Step down; O people of power! Enough is enough, rise to establish the Khilafah

The height of shamelessness is that this time around even sirens were not blown before the flood in the province of Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa which resulted in the death of over 1200 people as per the official figures while hundreds of thousands are stranded on the rooftops, trees, and other high places.

According to some media reports around 10,000 people were washed out in the first torrent in the district Nowshera. And the current situation is such that people are dying of starvation and thirst, chaste daughters are sitting in the open, and a glass of water is being sold at 10 rupees and bread at 25 rupees.

The reality of these insensitive and shameless rulers is that there were only two boats in Peshawar to rescue the flood victims and the situation was the same in Nowshera and Charsadda. Currently the helicopters of the Chief Minister and Governor are “resting” on Peshawar Airport as they might get impure (paleed) with the touch of these “lowly” masses, though in this crisis thousands, not hundreds, of people could have been rescued with these helicopters.

These rulers have let this great Ummah down and abandoned it completely. The so called peoples’ representatives are not seen anywhere. And if by any chance one sees them, they are busy distributing the limited aid to their relatives and near and dear ones. It is only the rich sincere Muslims who have opened their hujras and houses to these flood victims and meeting their needs as per their resources. This flood proved once again that democracy and dictatorships are the system of securing the personal interests and only to serve the elite. The system has subjected the Ummah to humiliation, misery and destruction. As these rulers think that politics means securing one’s interest that’s why they are calling for “not doing politics over this issue”.

Though rains are from Allah سبحانه وتعالى but it is the shadow of Allah سبحانه وتعالى i.e. the Khaleefah, who plans for these calamities before hand in fulfilling his responsibility of taking care of the affairs of the people. The rulers and the system are the traitors of the Ummah and a source of evil for Muslims.

O oppressive rulers! Step down and vacate the place for a sincere Khaleefah, the shadow of Allah سبحانه وتعالى on earth that will take care of the people’s affairs in such a way which is the right of this Ummah.

O people of power! Rise and uproot these agent rulers and give Nusrah (material support) for the reestablishment of the Khilafah.
