بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
فَأَذَاقَهُمُ اللَّهُ الْخِزْيَ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ
"So Allah made them taste disgrace in the life of this world and the punishment of the Next World is far worse if they only knew!"
[Az-Zumar, 39:26]
This is how Allah سبحانه وتعالى humiliated the Libyan despot and gave him an evil death, this is after the tyrant annihilated the land generation after generation for 40 years, who saw himself as the pharaoh of this generation - his end came with a degrading escape and in a dark cellar after he had abandoned his palaces and its treasures.
كَمْ تَرَكُوا مِنْ جَنَّاتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
وَزُرُوعٍ وَمَقَامٍ كَرِيمٍ
وَنَعْمَةٍ كَانُوا فِيهَا فَاكِهِينَ
كَذَٰلِكَ ۖ وَأَوْرَثْنَاهَا قَوْمًا آخَرِينَ
فَمَا بَكَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّمَاءُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَا كَانُوا مُنْظَرِينَ
"How many of gardens and springs that they [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh's) people] left behind, And green crops (fields) and goodly places, And comforts of life wherein they used to take delight! , Thus (it was)! And We made other people inherit them (i.e. We made the Children of Israel to inherit the kingdom of Egypt), And the heavens and the earth wept not for them, nor were they given respite," [Ad-Dukhaan, 44:25-29]
Do the rest of tyrants still bank on their mortal followers? Do they not have hearts with which they understand and eyes with which they see and ears with which they hear? Does the tyrant of Syria and the tyrant of Yemen not consider? Do they not give heed to what happened to those who were killed before them and were much more powerful than they are, and had more wealth than they have, or are they like cattle which understands little or even worse?
O people of Libya, O Muslims,
The blood of the martyrs spilled during his rule under torture in the prisons brings you good news. The martyrs of Hizb ut-Tahrir who were killed mercilessly because they said the word of truth in front of the tyrant ruler bring you good news. The martyrs of the Muslims who were killed by torture in the prison cellars bring you good news. All the martyrs whose blood was spilled in the killing grounds bring you good news. They bring good news to our people in Libya and they bring good news to the Muslims in the east and the west and they bring good news for every one revolting against the oppression of the tyrants all around the world.
O people of Libya, O Muslims,
Crown the killing of the tyrant with the start of an era of sincerity with Allah سبحانه وتعالى and his rasul صلى الله عليه وسلم. So be grateful to Allah and establish the rule of Allah سبحانه وتعالى breaking the back of his enemies. The disbelieving colonialists should not have any influence over you. In this way you will fulfill the right of the pure blood that was spilled and the sacrifices that were made and if you don't then those whose blood was spilled will complain to the Creator of the heavens and the earth and you would be like the one who undoes the thread which was spun after it became strong! We live in a land of mujahideen and a land of the memorisers of Qur'an. Why then should we be like this?
O people of Libya, O Muslims,
Hizb ut-Tahrir is from those who advise you. So side with Allah and his rasul صلى الله عليه وسلم and establish his state, the righteous Khilafah and you will be honoured, praised and you will be victorious in both worlds, this one and the hereafter and that is a great victory. Do not get betrayed by the slogans of the disbelieving colonialist or the mottos of their agents like the idea of 'the rule of man' instead of 'the rule of the lord of man,' with the call towards democracy or the civilian secular state because then you would be from the losers. Do not be betrayed by their shiny promises of aid and support for it is poison camouflaged behind a layer of fat. It seems to be good and merciful but inside it is full of evil. This is because you are not in need of any support as your land is a land of resources and Allah has blessed it with resources from top to bottom. So be on the side of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and fear him and he will open his doors of mercy and baraka from the skies and the earth.
Hizb ut-Tahrir was formed from you and is a part of you. So perform the takbeer of victory for Allah who has destroyed your enemy and make the takbeer of victory in the world under the shade of the flag of the Khilafah, the flag of "there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger". Make takbeer of victory in the akhirah under the shade of Allah سبحانه وتعالى on a day when there will be no shade other than his and then Allah will look at you with honour.
قَالَ عَسَىٰ رَبُّكُمْ أَنْ يُهْلِكَ عَدُوَّكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنْظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ
"He said: "It may be that your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you successors on the earth" [Al-A'araaf, 7:129]

Qaddafi was a tyrant and his death at the hands of his victims was only too likely. HOWEVER, the people who rose up in rebellion are not only those on the path of Islam, but also those who call for liberal-secular-democratic values. Strange people indeed to be allied with. Compounding that, the rebels took the aid of the kuffar, and used their weapons, and their active intervention to proceed towards military victory. Subsequently, when Qaddafi was captured, he was in no position to resist, and PERHAPS could have been brought to trial, under Shariah, and if found guilty with proper proofs, he could have been punished according to the Law of Allaah (SWT). That would have been more rightful. I wonder whether the present scenario in Libya is heading in the right direction -- the kuffar have at present divided the people, who are all Muslims, however deviated some of them may have been. Let us pray to Allaah (SWT) for guidance that they, and we, do those necessary things to restore the Writ of our Creator on this Earth. |

The rights of all are secured, their needs satisfied and their dreams pursued. It is a state where women are honoured, the weak and vulnerable protected, wealth is circulated throughout society, not only amongst the rich, and where people live in harmony with themselves, their family, neighbours, community, society, environment and their Lord” |

Gadhafi the dead terrorist was put to death by the Mujahideen of Libya as a reaction to the words of Allah: {إلا تنفروا يعذبكم عذابا أليما ويستبدل قوما غيركم} "If you don't move forward, Allah will punish you with a lengthy punishment, and he will replace you with another people." (9:39) The people in Libya sided with Taghut against Islam and Allah brought the Mujahideen forth from among them. {ولتكن منكم أمة يدعون إلى الخير ويأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر وأولئك هم المفلحون } "Let them appear! Groups, arising forthrightly calling to the good and forbidding the evil, that they will become the successful." (3:104) The shabaab were backed with the goal of destroying the evil and establishing good, to atone for the sins of the Libyan people as they left the religion of Islam and followed the Kufr of Nationalism, Socialism and Democracy. {يا أيها الذين آمنوا من يرتد منكم عن دينه فسوف يأتي الله بقوم يحبهم ويحبونه أذلة على المؤمنين أعزة على الكافرين يجاهدون في سبيل الله ولا يخافون لومة لائم ذلك فضل الله يؤتيه من يشاء والله واسع عليم } "O you who have believed, whoever of you should revert from his religion - Allah will bring forth [in place of them] a people He will love and who will love Him [who are] humble toward the believers, powerful against the disbelievers; they strive in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a critic. That is the favor of Allah ; He bestows it upon whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing." (5:54) May they be victorious in their Islamic goal, and don't follow the ways of the hypocrites and liars. {يا أيها الذين آمنوا استجيبوا لله وللرسول إذا دعاكم لما يحييكم} "O you who believe, respond with excitement, to the words and commands of Allah and the Messenger, when they call you to that which sustains your livelihood." (8:24) |
