بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Hizb ut-Tahrir Libya congratulates the Muslims in general, and the people of Libya in particular, on the fall of the regime of the tyrant Gaddafi into a remote place.
"How much they left behind of gardens and springs, And plantations and noble places, And what comfort they used to enjoy cheerfully! Thus, And We caused to inherit it another people. And the heavens and the earth wept not for them, nor were they given a respite." [Ad-Dukhan, 44:25-29]
And Hizb ut-Tahrir Libya, while giving this congratulation, recalls the great convoy of shuhada' (martyrs): starting from the 13 shuhada' of the Hizb over 30 years ago, and continuing until the shuhada' of the Libyans during this year.
Indeed the pure blood (of the martyrs), shed by the tyrant and his cronies, utters the praise of Allah for the reward that it has been granted, and the victory achieved by those whose blood was shed.
Indeed Hizb ut-Tahrir Libya, while conveying congratulations, is at the same time determined to make Islamic ruling the successor to tyrannical rule, and not the man-made systems which America, Europe and their agents are working to put in place of the tyrant. The Hizb will expend all possible efforts in that path, relying on Allah, and seeking the help of all the sincere people of beloved Libya.
وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ
"And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might." [Al-Hajj, 22:40]

Western won not Ummah and this has nothing to do with what Allah wants except the agents who worked with the Nato politically and on the ground whom they served Sarkozi and others. Let us see how Libya will be sucked by the west again under the false premise "Liberation" |

| The ordinary rebels are our Muslim brothers who despite no military training fought to remove a tyrant ruler. The dangers of the rebel leadership - NTC and its NATO allies and their plans is valid but this doesn't negate the action of removing a tyrant ruler which is a khair in sharia. | |

I think the Muslims are being led into another false sense of ‘achievement’. The so call civil war has not started yet. It will probably start after Colonel Qaddafi falls. The so called rebels (now this group has many factions and is not the same as the popular uprising at the start); includes many key leaders who are getting cosy with the likes of William Hague and David Cameron. Who are you congratulating? A bunch of rebels (now grown to include handpicked opposition groups who are being accepted into western capitals) who were more a liability to themselves after Colonel Qaddafi’s forces recovered? Are you not aware some ‘rebels’ were so unprepared they ended up accidently blowing themselves up or shooting each other because they panicked or did not know how to fight the army loyal to Colonel Qaddafi? Are Muslims aware that Egypt is still practically under a military regime – and only a few tyrants have been removed but the system of tyranny and spying on citizens is very much in effect? So when the popular uprising took Libyan regime by surprise what was Egyptian military doing? Anything done by Egyptian Military to help Libya or provide supplies to Benghazi which was besieged after an initial success of popular revolt? No. Instead Egyptian Military was busy blockading Gaza and sending tanks to intimidate people after President Hosni Mubarak was deposed. This is not a war against Colonel Qaddafi. The western nations were eager business partners with this man. This is a war for Libyan resources (most of which are owned by the government and not privatised) and Libya provided much financial assistance to African and Latin American nations. There is a reason David Cameron sells arms that blows people’s brains out in Bahrain and Yemen but supports a new N.A.T.O front in North Africa. This possible defeat of Colonel Qaddafi’s forces is nothing to do with rebels (initially buoyed by surprise popular uprising). No. This is because of a N.A.TO bombardment of civilian infrastructure. Do you need proof? Have a read and watch these videos then. The worst is yet to come. Recall the Italian occupation of Libya after 1911. Or have Muslims forgotten that also? ARTICLE: Make No Mistake: NATO committed War Crimes in Libya by Darius Nazemroaya http://tv.globalresearch.ca/2011/08/make-no-mistake-nato-committed-war-crimes-libya VIDEO: Western countries fighting for Libya’s oil fields like piranhas by William Engdahl http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=26133 Congratulations. What a joke. N.A.T.O gets another half baked war and Muslims think they are somehow being helped. |
