International Media conference
Hizb ut-Tahrir's Perspective on the world's most critical international and regional problems
The Central Media Office of Hizb-ut-Tahrir is honored to invite you to participate in the international conference to be held in Beirut-Lebanon to mark the 89th annual painful remembrance day of the destruction of the Khilafah on the 28th Rajab 1342H/ 3rd March 1924.
The conference will be convened under the title:
Hizb ut-Tahrir's Perspective on the world's most critical international and regional problems
The speakers will present the viewpoint of Hizb ut-Tahrir related to the most significant strategic crises confronting the global village:
A- The Muslim world:
•1- Issues in the Middle East (Palestine, Iraq, Sudan)
•2- Issues in South Asia (Pakistan, Afghanistan)
•3- Issues in South East Asia (Indonesia and the separatist movement)
•4- Issues in West and Central Asia (Cyprus, Turkey, Caucasia, East Turkestan)
B- Islam, Muslims and the West
C- International crises that impact the Muslim ummah:
•1- The international financial crisis
•2- The global nuclear threat, including the Iranian nuclear issue
All these issues will be addressed in an express unambiguous manner presenting the true path to better future for the troubled global village

Sallams Today i viewed your website and read the main objectives of your organisation. Please include Kashmir in your Hizb as this part of Indian sub continent is suffering from last 63 years and as such thousands/lakhs have been murdered/killed. Kashmir is a disputed territory and the UNO has to resolve its issue of commitment by holding a referendum. Yours Sincerely Ajaz/Srinagar |

Inshah Allah this conference wil b on of most succesful conference. . . We are waiting for nusra from Allah, May Allah bless us firmness and stability on Deen, may we keep going on the struggle for re-estabilishment of khilafah. . . May Allah bless us every moment of life as working for His CAUSE. EU passport holders (except Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Slovak Republic and Slovenia) can obtain their visas on arrival at Beirut International Airport or any other port of entry at the Lebanese border, providing passport holders do not possess an Israeli stamp, and they hold return or onward tickets. I would advise anyone going to contact their local Lebanese embassy to get a visa before arrival. The conference will be streamed live over the internet. |

Does anyone know if its easy to get a tourist visa to Lebanon? I would never bother going to a country like Jordan but Lebanon is a good place to host this event me thinks... Also, what is the language medium of the conference? Will there be speeches in Arabic or English? Lastly, and this reminder may not be needed... Please record the event with a couple of broadcast quality cameras... For those interested to attend and are not able to do so for any reason, may still be able to watch and listen to the speakers on the internet |
