Houthi (Ansar Allah) militias arrested two members from the members of Hizb ut Tahrir in the province of Imran after Friday prayer on 15/11/2014 CE. They are Brother Yehia Hussein Dakhlaa, age 40, and Brother Saleh Jibran Al Dhalmi, age 23. This is due to the Hizb distributing a press release titled: “A Government Blessed by the West: Its exterior is partnership and its interior contains conflict that will not meet the demands of the people”, upon which the two members were arrested from their homes without shame of religion or ethics; they were imprisoned and denied visits. The families of the detainees and some of the members went to pursue their release but the militia officials, which call themselves security committees, lagged behind blind excuses which is that there are higher orders from their leaders of not to release these two detainees!!?
It is a scandalous crime that reveals how insolvent and arrogant Houthi (Ansar Allah) militias have reached; where they treat thinking and argument with intimidation and arrests at gunpoint. They know that Hizb ut Tahrir is just a political party that doesn’t utilize material acts to achieve its aim of resuming the Islamic lifestyle via the method of establishing the Khilafah Al Rashidah upon the method of Prophethood. As such, the Hizb does not have militias nor carries out assassinations; on the contrary, it forbids fighting between the Muslims and forbids fanaticism and sectarianism, not due to fear or cowardice, but commitment to the Islamic rules and holding on to the method of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم who achieved peace in his established state. The history of the Hizb is filled with sacrifices and steadfastness in the face of tyrant rulers where the righteous do not flatter their way to ruling and the participants in it, and they do not flatter the people at the expense of its ideology, and it has existed prior to the existence of these movements and militias. Therefore, it is impossible for it to be bent by prisons and concentration camps, so do not attempt the despots’ methods and their guiles. An idea for an idea, and an argument for an argument under the roof of the Great Islam and its brothers:
إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ
“The believers are nothing else than brothers”
(Al-Hujurat: 10)
We invite the wise ones in this group not to repeat the mistakes that others have made, to not be taken by pride in committing sins in their way of treating us, and to release the detainees who are from our members. In addition, we invite them to understand the principles of the Hizb and its method away from rumors and mobs. It is apt for those who raise the banner of “The Quranic March” and contend with others in showing their love for Al Beit of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم in order to take part in this method, else it would be only supposed claims.
عَلَى اللّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ
“In Allah (Alone) we put our trust. Our Lord! Judge between us and our people in truth, for You are the Best of those who give judgment.”
(al-A’raf: 89)
