On Saturday, 28/6/2014 CE, Jordanian security forces arrested two members of Hizb ut Tahrir; Brother Muhammad Ahmad An-Nadi, 65 years old, and Brother Muhammad Ahmad Al-Adaribah, 77 years old, with total disregard to the sanctity of the great month of Ramadhan and to their old age. They were arrested while distributing a leaflet issued by Hizb ut Tahrir explaining to the Ummah the conspiracy of the division of Iraq, planned by the Kufr colonial forces, and its agents and followers in the region.

Regarding this measure by the regime, we in Hizb ut Tahrir assert the following:

These successive arrests of Hizb ut Tahrir members only increase the Party and its members an insistence to continue the work to expose the conspiracy by the forces of Kufr, tyrants and the enemies of the Ummah and by revealing their agents and followers from the rulers of the region and to expose them whatever the price.

فَاقْضِ مَا أَنتَ قَاضٍ إِنَّمَا تَقْضِي هَذِهِ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا

“Decide on any judgment you like. Your jurisdiction only covers the life of the dunya.”

(Ta-Ha: 72)

These arrests and what follows from trials and oppressive sentences, and ill treatment that the Dawah Carriers face in your prison cells has added another new page to your record of oppression of Muslims that the Ummah will account you for, in the Duniya and Al-Muntaqim and Al-Jabbar will account you for in the Duniya and Akhira. Abu Huraira (ra) said the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

«إن الله قال: من عادى لي وليا فقد آذنته بالحرب..»

“Allah says: he who opposes my supporter, I declare war against”
