On Friday 20th Rabi ul-Thani 1432AH or 25th March 2011 Hizb ut-Tahrir held a protest rally at the University of Jordan mosque in Amman.
The security forces and police tried to stop the rally by arresting the shabab before Jumah prayer, inspecting the identities of the mosque worshippers and confiscating technical devices and banners. Despite these efforts AlhamduLillah the rally went ahead as planned in defiance of the Jordanian government's efforts to stop it.
Allah سبحانه وتعالى says,
وَمَكَرُوا وَمَكَرَ اللَّهُ ۖ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ
"They plotted and Allah plotted. But Allah is the best of plotters." (Al-Imran, 3:54)

This meeting was preceded by an action done by the government. They cancelled the law to take a permission from the government before making any rally, protest or demonstration. Why have the government taken this action? |
