Therefore, in spite of all the suppression and torture that Hizb ut Tahrir faces in Uzbekistan, it has multiplied its efforts, seeking the pleasure of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and working towards the implementation of the Khilafah state. A state which will establish the legislative rulings into practice and implementation throughout all aspects of life, whether it was in politics or economy or education or the social system, etc. and it is a state which adheres and rules by the orders of Allah alone.

A Call from the Muslims to the Security Forces in Uzbekistan
Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تُطِيعُوا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَلَىٰ أَعْقَابِكُمْ فَتَنْقَلِبُوا خَاسِرِينَ
“O You who believe! If you obey those who are kafir, they will turn you round on your heels and you will be transformed into losers.”
(Al-Imran, 3:149)
Whoever compares between the past and recent history will clearly see that it is as though Allah سبحانه وتعالى is describing our era and our country in this Ayah. The structure of our criminal ruling system is represented as follow:
1. President Islam Karimov, who represents the head of Kufr in Uzbekistan, plays a key role in suppressing, persecuting and killing Muslims of Uzbekistan.

Know firstly that we did not include you in the same list as the tyrant Karimov mentioned above and his loyal aides, because we know that among you are those who chose this occupation in search of a job, and others among you who chose this occupation to fulfill the needs of his family and children. For this, we do not look at you in the same scope as those criminals who are assisting the tyrant Karimov with premeditation and sincerity, and we did not include you in their list of those traitorous agents who are fighting Allah سبحانه وتعالى, His Deen, His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم, and the Muslims, so may the curse of Allah, His Angels, the Muslims and the whole world be upon them!

You are well aware of the penetration of global politics in the Islamic lands, and its predominance in the lives and fate of the Muslims. You are well aware that the Colonial Kafir West has appointed puppet tyrants on the Ummah of Islam, they are like chessmen, they move them as they wish and direct them wherever they wish, to serve their interests and implement their plans in the Muslim lands. Consequently these puppets were the eyes of the West, staying awake as a watch over their interests in our lands, and they were the hands of the West with which they seize the wealth and fortunes of the Muslims, and with which they strike the Muslims, persecute them and narrow their lives and livelihoods day and night.
But when the Ummah broke the barrier of fear of its rulers, and dropped the veil of humiliation off its shoulders, it revolted in the face of the tyrant criminals, and you have witnessed and seen with your own eyes the shameful humiliating endings of those tyrants; the Tunisian president, Zainulabidin bin Ali, became fugitive and chased, the President of Libya, Muamar Gaddafi, was killed in an evil manner, the Yemeni president, Ali Abdullah Saleh, was thrown by the wayside, the president of Egypt, Hosni Mubarak, languishing behind bars; each of them thought of himself as the king of the land and the people who will stay in governance for eternity, but alas, he was thrown in the bin of history, and the destiny of the tyrant of Al-Sham, Bashar Al-Assad, will not be better than their destiny, as his people have revolted and rebelled against him, demanding his fall and establishing the Khilafah on his ruins; you have also witnessed and seen with your own eyes what had happened to their followers and their end fate.

If we were to speak of the fate of the followers, then you may remember Zakeer Almatov, former Interior Minister, who was loyal to the regime, and was responsible for the 16 February 1999 attacks in Tashkent for the purpose of pleasing Karimov. He also suppressed the Muslims on a large scale and did not stop there. He wanted to crush the Muslims and hence committed the Andijan massacre. Indeed you may remember how Karimov got rid of him, thus he now lives alone in a deserted place.
Do you remember Colombitava, administrator of the Sagloc Prison “UA 64/71”, and how he ended his life despite all that he did to serve his master Karimov? During his term, inhumane torture was practiced on Muslim prisoners, especially members of Hizb ut Tahrir. During his term, detainees used to exit the prison as dead bodies, and their bodies showed signs of torture, and many were burned alive so that they rise to their Lord سبحانه وتعالى as martyrs, complaining to Him of the injustice of the oppressors.
You may also remember the manner with which Karimov had ended the employment of the former Mufti of Uzbekistan Abdul-Rashid Bakhromov. He was a man who pictured himself as a leader for all Muslims, but instead of protecting the Muslims from the oppression of Karimov and his followers, he was a sword pointed at their necks. His nastiness and scorn reached the extent of issuing a Fatwa justifying the actions of the regime of killing, imprisoning and torturing Muslims as a way of pleasing his master Karimov.
These are only some of the tens and even hundreds of examples of what fate awaits the followers of these tyrants after they have used them for their own affairs!
This is the reality of this brutal regime and its leader Karimov, for he performs all the despicable acts on your hands, until when he has had enough of you, or if the circumstances force him to rid of the witnesses of his crimes, he will without hesitation sacrifice those who served him faithfully, and indeed, Karimov had done this many times before, not only once; So disassociate yourself from him now in this life before they disassociate from you on the Day of Judgment,
إِذْ تَبَرَّأَ الَّذِينَ اتُّبِعُوا مِنَ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوا وَرَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ وَتَقَطَّعَتْ بِهِمُ الْأَسْبَابُ
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوا لَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ كَمَا تَبَرَّءُوا مِنَّا ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُرِيهِمُ اللَّهُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ حَسَرَاتٍ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ وَمَا هُمْ بِخَارِجِينَ مِنَ النَّارِ
“When those who were followed disown those who followed them, and they see the punishment, and the connection between them is cut, those who followed will say, ‘If only we could have another chance, we would disown them just as they have disowned us.’ In that way Allah will show them their actions as a cause of anguish and remorse for them. They will never emerge from the Fire.”
(Al-Baqara, 2:166-167)
Also, the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق
“There is no obedience to creation in disobedience to the Creator.”

When the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم conquered Makkah, he said that whoever enters the Ka’ba is safe, whoever stays in his home is safe and whoever enters the home of Abu Sufyaan is safe. But he excluded those who had hurt the Muslims and ordered killing them even if they clung onto the cover of the Ka’ba, and then some Muslims pleaded to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم to pardon some of the Kuffar, so he pardoned some and killed the rest.
Therefore, in spite of all the suppression and torture that Hizb ut Tahrir faces in Uzbekistan, it has multiplied its efforts, seeking the pleasure of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and working towards the implementation of the Khilafah state. A state which will establish the legislative rulings into practice and implementation throughout all aspects of life, whether it was in politics or economy or education or the social system, etc. and it is a state which adheres and rules by the orders of Allah alone.
We therefore warn you, oh sincere Muslims, of being of those whom the Khilafah will not forgive, a state that will be established soon by the will of Allah, and we call unto you to work with Hizb ut Tahrir, aiding its efforts for the re-establishment of the Islamic way of life.
Indeed, Hizb ut Tahrir is calling you to present all the strength that you possess for the pleasure of Allah Ta’ala and raising the Word of Allah, so that you take a share of the Mercy of Allah on the Day of Judgment. However, if you are aiming for satisfying Karimov in this life, then you must know that by this, you will only gain the wrath of Allah upon you; because on the Day of Judgment we will all be held accountable to Allah سبحانه وتعالى for our knowledge, abilities, time and desires!
For this, we must be ready for the Day of Judgment, to meet Allah سبحانه وتعالى with a reassured and comfortable soul, wishing for the Mercy of Allah; therefore, we must work with all our strength to gain the blessings of Allah the Lord of the Worlds.
Be aware that today there is action without account, but tomorrow there will be account without action.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ
“O you who believe! If you help Allah, He will help you and make your feet firm.”
(Muhammad, 47:7)
