Implications of the Trial of Sister Zulfiyya Amanova

On 22 August 2014 CE, the trial of our sister Zulfiyya Amanova took place in the regional court in the city of Osh in the Kyrgyz Republic. The panel of judges comprised of Copatov Aylar, Mirzabekov Polat, and Abdldayev Almaz had acquitted our sister from the charges against her by Judge Kujamkolaf Ramadan on 01/06/2014 CE, she was sentenced to a fine of 50 thousand som and a prison parole of one year period. The trial was delayed because of the repeated postponement as a result of the investigator and experts' failure to attend. The trial session was adjourned eight times since May the 13th last year, which means they are mocking and ridiculing Zulfiyya and her family.
