Hizb ut-Tahrir, Wilayah Bangladesh, organized ‘Rally for Khilafah' in Dhaka as part of its global Rajab campaign to mark the Remembrance Day of the destruction of the Khilafah

Hizb ut-Tahrir, Wilayah Bangladesh, organized a rally in Dhaka to mark the 89th painful annual Remembrance Day of the destruction of the Khilafah on 28th Rajab, 1342 AH (3rd March, 1924). Several hundreds Muslims attended the rally. They gathered outside the High Court and finished outside the National Press Club, chanting slogans and carrying banners on the following points:

1. Calling upon the Muslim Army of Bangladesh give their nusrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir to remove the government of Sheikh Hasina and re-establish the Khilafah. They also called upon the army to call off all forms of military co-operation with America who is planning to make Bangladesh a base for their military with the aim of dominating this region and preventing the re-establishment of the Khilafah.

2. Urging the Muslims to reject the democratic system and treacherous rulers, Sheikh Hasina and Khaleda Zia, who serve crusader America and the polytheist enemy, India.

3. Reminding the Muslims that re-establishing the Khilafah state is the most vital obligation on the Ummah and whoever dies without the bay'ah on his neck (to a Khaleefah), dies a death of Jahilliyah. Furthermore, the Khilafah state is the only correct global leadership of the Ummah in facing 21st century challenges and it will restore the Ummah to the position of the number one leading state in the world.

In Bangladesh we the brothers of Hizbut Tahrir are no more allowed to sit together, talk together, or arrange any dawah openly any more. This is the worst curse on us obligated from our present government. ... O allah give us strength give us strength at this tough time... dont let us forget your words till our death.... .... bangladeshi brothers ... dont loose your hope and who ever is residing in which ever situation at present during this tough time --- just keep allah in the very deep on your heart ..
