After the successful press conference of 9 May 2010, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan embarked on the next stage of its campaign to uproot Pakistan's oppressor rulers and establish the Khilafah in their place. Hizb ut-Tahrir is now undertaking a large campaign to publicize the declaration to the society in general and the People of Power in particular. The styles include banners, stickers, posters, contacting the people and distribution of the Declaration itself. The people are being encouraged to deliver the Declaration to all the People of Power they know.

Before expectations of unified leadership for Pakistan, there are grim realities of internecine warfare. The Pakistani army moved against its own people, and this created a new burst of anger within Pakistan. The Pakistani Government whilst curtailing dissent invoked the ire of many lawyers (with large demonstrations) and more serious challenges in the frontier provinces. Pakistan attacked its own people at the behest of the U.S government. Now Pakistan must contend with India increasing its influence in Afghanistan and having numerical superiority of soldiers on the border. Furthermore, Pakistan’s territorial integrity is under stress in the North West Frontier Province, with potential flashpoints in Baluchistan. Pakistani arms and material are being whittled away in this bitter guerrilla war. This new force, termed ‘Pakistani Taliban’ emerged separately and after the conflict in Afghanistan. Villagers in the North West Frontier Province do not want to be caught up in the crossfire of Pakistani military forces and this so called Pakistani Taliban. Threats are made to villagers from both forces, and there are reprisals against villagers. First they may be bombed by drones or face attack by the Pakistani military. Instead there may be the menace of suicide bombs. Mercenaries are all too active in the region. IN neighbouring Afghanistan the occupation continues, and opium production increases. Afghanistan is increasingly likely to be the launch pad of Anglo-American led N.A.T.O expansionism into Central Asia, and who knows where that will lead to. Sectarian differences emerged and became more violent. Pakistan and Afghanistan are falling apart whilst American, Britain, France, Russia, Germany, and China are at odds of Iran. America, Britain, and the new ally France are increasingly bellicose towards Iran. Where does this leave India? This country enjoys much American support and will be pleased to take advantage of Pakistan’s unravelling. Whilst numerous militias, (including Pakistani) Taliban attack fellow Muslims, and the Pakistani Government allows drones to fly over and destroy everything; the competing power bloc compete for influence over oil and gas pipeline routes.
