Hizb ut-Tahrir's mass contacting campaign to highlight the ‘9th May Declaration' is in full swing. Through this declaration Hizb wants to convey an important message to the people of power of Pakistan which contains solution to all problems of Pakistan. Petrified of this strong campaign, America has instructed Pakistani government to mobilize its resources against the Hizb. In this regard, the secret service, ISI, has started its efforts to contact members of Hizb ut-Tahrir and their officers are visiting houses of Hizb members. These are the same secret agency that shoved Hizb members in lockups after abducting them from their houses. All such tyrannical acts have gone in vain. But now they want to negotiate and "exchange views" with our members. We would like to remind them that Qureish also used similar tactics with the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم. When they saw that the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions are not going to change their course due to torture and ill-treatment they softened down their attitude and contacted Abu Talib for negotiations based on the principle of ‘give and take'. They went even to the extent of proposing worship of Allah for one year and their gods for the next. But Qur'an rejected all such offers by declaring:
لکم دینکم و لی دین
"to you your deen and to me mine".
Since Hizb follows the methodology of Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم therefore she faces similar difficulties and tests in its course of struggle to that of Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions. The evil forces working to stop the Haqq (truth) also have the same old tactics which Qureish used fourteen hundred years ago. We would like to pronounce this to the rulers and their master America that Hizb doesn't believe in any concessions or compromises and our intellectual and political struggle will continue until the establishment of the Khilafah which is clearly very imminent.

This argument may have been valid years ago but not nowadays. The world is becoming more polarised after 9/11 with two camps emerging. The camp of kufr and the camp of iman. As George Bush said, you are either with us (kuffar) or with the terrorists (Muslims). There is no in between. Take Palestine as an example. Muslims throughout the world are continuing to protest and feel for the Muslims of Gaza, even though their rulers do nothing. This is because we are one Ummah. In Pakistan, Zardari puts his family and America first. Everyone else is suffering. If a leader came who said he would be Islam and the people first regardless of his sect or tribe people would give him bay'ah. I agree that the way of the Khilafat is the true path, but, how is this possible when a Sunni will say that the Khalifa should be a Sunni and An Ahlul-Hadith would say that the Khalifah should be long to his sect, and a Shia would say from his sect. Butt Sb we are divided into sects and we all strictly follow these lines/divisions. Then we are divided into, Punjabi, Sindhi, Baluchi & Pakhtoon (I am not going international yet) and finally, we are Maliks, Cheemas etc. How come Khilafat is comming. Then, Arabs wont accept Ajmi as their Khalifah, and We, Wont accept A foriegn though a Muslim to rule over us. If you are against Democracy (Jamhooriyat), That means you wont ask us who the Khilfa will be and Hizb will impose a person on us and declare that he is your Khalifa whether we like it or not. This is why Khilafat is not yet comming. I am not a part of Hizb but associated with its persons since 1999. I alwayes tell them that their Motives are Right, Their actions are wrong |
