The government of Sheikh Hasina is making a mockery of the so-called rule of law and democracy which they and their imperialist masters trumpet by fabricating cases against the Official Spokesman of Hizb-ut-Tahrir, in Bangladesh, Mohiuddin Ahmed. They had him under house arrest for six months, during which police guarded his front door and the locality preventing him from leaving his home. Now these lying degraded oppressors are alleging that he organized the activities of Hizb-ut-Tahrir even though they confiscated his phone and computer, cutting off all his means of communication. Furthermore these tyrants did not even allow him to leave his house to visit his baby daughter in hospital without armed police around him. During this whole time they did not even claim to have a single piece of evidence against him.
After seeing that their repressive measures bore no fruits in deterring the party, they rushed to arrest him no sooner they received the orders from the imperialists. Taking lessons from their masters who are the experts in trampling upon people’s rights, the government sent the police at 2.00am to force into his house like bandits do. They repeatedly lied to his wife about where they were taking him and his whereabouts. Later they presented him in court through the back entrance denying him access to a lawyer. Then they despicably barked lie upon lie in front of the judge and the media alleging that Mohiuddin Ahmed, while under the nose of the police, organized three activists of the party in Uttara two days ago against whom they filed false cases of carrying petrol bombs. The truth is that the three activists were arrested for protesting against the government’s failure to solve the national electricity, water and gas crisis and the only thing they were carrying is party leaflets.
Let Sheikh Hasina and her disbelieving and polytheist masters know that the Muslim Ummah is aware of their enmity towards Islam and considers their lies as nothing more than the braying of asses. And let them know that the Noble Ummah of Mohammad (SAW) will remain steadfast on her Deen and stand by the carriers of the Islamic call. Let them also take notice that Hizb-ut-Tahrir is not dependent on one person; the members of the party are all leaders and aware politicians. The party will continue its work with the support of the Ummah, relying upon the Help of Allah (SWT), to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between.

it is the sunnah of the previous prophets that they were arrested and thrown in jail. Yusuf(a.s), Yunus(a.s), and among the scholars Imam Ahmed Hanbal(r.a). Let Mohiudin Ahmed not despair. No one comes on this earth to represent Islam without facing a tribulation and hardship. The prophet(s.a.w) lost a tooth during a battle field, who are we to complain to be thrown into a dungeon. As for the rulers, the prophet(s.a.w) did say that among the signs of the Judgment Day will be that the rulers will be oppressors(Skh. Haseena, Bush, Blair, Gordon, Kibaki, Obama, e.t.c) and people will be feared because of what they are able to do (Economic Sanctions, military intervention, and Donor funding) so let us not be shocked as well with the so called "Muslims" leaders and in quote. All they are afraid of is their interest. The prophet as well mentioned that even if it is one day remaining before the day of judgment it will not stand, until Allah(s.w) sends from his household a ruler who will be put everything in the right place Inshallah, until that day let them enjoy. |

Let the govt of sheik haseena and other muslim rulers know that this deen is protected by allah and will reach each and every corner of the world through khilafah even they plan continuously to destroy it. Let them also know that there is severe punishment in the akhira for those who have authority and not protecting the deen. Whatever they do, they cannot stop the re-establishment of the khilafah which is very sooner to be established. I request every muslim to support and work with the hizb-ut-tahrir through political, intellectual and ideological struggle. May allah reward them in the best way for their sacrifices |

This is the key sentence 'Hasina and associates' should know that Hizb ut Tahrir is not dependent on one or some selected persons. They think that planned arrest program and filing fabricated cases would stop us. But they should know that we've been facing it for years. All on a sudden, govt bans Hizb last october, not even explaining the reason precisely but blaming of sabotage. Now, we see they again got with a sudden headache for us after the chittagong procession against TigerShark- II. People must catch the certain story behind these incidents that govt just obeys her god's order. O' Hasina ! Your Kafir God can't save you on the day of resurrection. Situation is deteriorating day by day. It seems the emancipation is very near and Almighty gonna fulfill His promise very soon. May Allah adorn us with more courage and patience. |

The poodle rulers becoming more & more exposed in front of Ummah through their such mockery with the sincere revivalists! Such jokes, comedy dramas would add nothing to their lack of credibility! But certainly it would strengthen the determination of millions of supporters-activists of Hizb-ut-Tahrir to continue their peacefull intellectual & political struggle to re-establish the rule of Allah(swt) upon the face of the earth inshAllah! Its now a proven reality for last six decades that, each Shabab of this global mass Khilafah movement are eager to take the charge whenever needed like Zayed(rad), Zafar(rad) & Abu Ruyafa(rad) did in absence of another in war at Muta! |
