The Secular government of Pakistan is once again stopping people from celebrating Eid according to the Hukum of Allah
How dare the secular government of Pakistan which has no regard whatsoever for the commandments of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم to lecture the Ummah on Islam. This is the same government that helps America in massacring Muslims while violating all Islamic laws. She implements an interest-based Capitalist economic system while ignoring Islamic laws on economy and implements the British judicial system while ignoring Allah's Hudood laws.
This is a government which claims that Islam is just a personal matter. Why is it then that a secular government like Pakistan deems it necessary to interfere in the religious matters of the masses? Actually the objective behind the government's keen interest in this matter and the imposition of its opinion over the people with force is not to enforce Islamic laws rather the objective is to further divide the Ummah. In 1924 when imperialists destroyed the Khilafah they gave each group of Muslims a separate country, a distinct flag and a unique national anthem so that they should identify themselves with this new identity rather than Islam so that their political and military strength and unity of the Ummah may be destroyed.
Similarly each state was also given a separate "moon" and a committee for moon-sighting to even fracture their religious unity. As a result a moon sighted in Pakistan was no longer acceptable in Afghanistan even if the moon was seen a few kilometres across the Durand Line. Similarly Iran's sighting was not acceptable for Pakistan and Iraq's sighting was no good for Saudi Arabia even though that the Shariah completely rejects these boundaries drawn up by the imperialists and declares the Muslim nation as one Ummah with one Eid.
Allah سبحانه وتعالى says in the Holy Qur'an:
وَإِنَّ هَذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَا رَبُّكُمْ فَاتَّقُونِ
"And Truly this Ummah of yours is one Ummah and I am your Lord, be mindful of Me." [Mu'minoon, 23:52]
Every year the government of Pakistan forces the people to reject the moon-sighting of the Muslims across the world and start the Ramadhan a day later while forcing them to fast on the day of Eid. Hence from the government's perspective this issue is not a Shar'i matter rather it is a political matter whose objective is to give fuel to the divisive nationalistic feelings to the citizens of each Muslim country. The justification concocted in this regard is that since the moon was not sighted in Pakistan hence we are not bound to celebrate Eid whereas the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم obliges us to start and end the month of Ramadhan if the moon is sighted by a Muslim anywhere in the world.
The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "You (all) Fast when it (moon) is sighted and you (all) break fast when it (moon) is sighted and if it is overcast then complete term of thirty days of Sha'ban."
Hence the Hukum Shar'i is not that every Muslim should sight the moon himself or that each city or an area should have a separate sighting rather the Hukum Shar'i is that the evidence of moon-sighting by a Muslim is enough for all Muslims. Furthermore there is no evidence in Islam which stipulates Muslims to start or end the month of Ramadhan with Saudi Arabia or any specific country.
The government is intentionally raising the issue of Saudi Arabia to further confuse the matter. The fact is that like other problems existing in the Muslim Ummah this matter is also due to the connivance of our Muslim agent rulers with the imperialists and the non-existence of a central leadership of the Muslims in the form of the Khilafah. The Ummah should establish the Khilafah so that along with the protection of life and property of the Muslims their aqeedah and their worships may be protected.

Presumably, the Pakistani government obtains [flimsy] religious cover for its actions by using the opinions of deviant Ulama . . . Where are the so-called Islamist's in the system that advocate participation on the basis of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil !? Will they not speak out against such a flagrant trashing of their Deen ?! Or have their hearts and minds become black from sitting in the sewer of the present system ?! Those that mis-understand Islam and enter un-Islamic political systems on the pretext of defending Islam should be prepared to be accounted for their failures and transgressions . . . they're sinking under the weight of their own contradictions and are NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH OUR DEEN !! |

This is no wonder that the corrupt, despotic, crimial, slave of west Zardari is any batter than Musharaff. Becasue these servents of the west comes to power by promising to fulfill their Rabb, USA or UK demand. If we just look at and ponder, we see when our creator Allah swt has created us and gathered us in Ma'ree arfaa He swt asked " Am I not your Rabb, we all said Yes.". He swt then send us to this world for testing our promise and belieg in Him. He send messanger sws to clarify the meaing of Rabb ' There is no Ilah, except Allah and Muhammad sws is his Messanger'. He has ordered us to pray so that we practice and dont forget about the promise.....we say in each prayer " Al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil A'lameen', the word Rabb comes again in practice on daily basis. Around at least 30-40 times a day. Even after our death, the first question will be 'Mar Rabbuka ( who was your Rabb). So, Form the starting of our life creation to this world iin through practice & with remainder through messangers and finally after we enter in the next life, the first question.......is all about "Rabb". How serious this is! Please we need to ponder.................... Indeed, there is no alternative word or similiar meaning word of Rabb in any language, even not in Arabic. However, there are certain attributive words that can be used to understand the meaning of Rabb. And the first of these is " the One in whose hand soverignity belong". The meaning of soverign is the one who gives laws or guidelines. Therefore crudely the meaning of Rabb is the one who is soverign and who gives laws, gudielines or Hukum. So, for muslim, it is our Lord Allah swt and He swt is our Rabb. But times and again there are mainly two groups who have tried to snatch the authority of rabb and tried to be soverign. They are the Shashok ( ruluers) and the Jajok (the presist or religious gurus). This is a Historical truth. If we look at history, Quran tells us that Feraoon, Nomrud, Hamman, Saddad, Abu Jaheel, Abu Lahab all has claimed soverignity to direct their people with their rules and forced pople to submit to their wills. Quran tells us that Feraoon says " O my cabinet, I dont know any Rabb for you accept me.........' Today, the slaves of obama, brown like Zardari, Hasina, Khaleda, Mubarak, Karzai, Abdullah is claiming soverignity for their masters " Obama, Brown......and imposes upon us their rules by ignoring the rules of our Rabb''. O Our Rabb.......Allah swt.....we the ummah of muhammad sws, seek refuge form these false, corrupt and slaves of west........please accept us with a system that will ensure your monothesim. Another group, is the religous gurus. So when an ayth come like this that '' they used to take along side Me their preist as their Rabb....." Adyah Inb Hatim r.a. said Ya rasulallah sws, why Allah has revealed this ayth? we have never prostrate before our preist, before we become muslim? Intertestingly even the sahabah has clarified the meaning once they have not understood? Prophet sws said is it not that your preist used to make halal what ALlah has made haram or is it not that your preist used to make haram what ALlah has made halal? Adiyah r.a. said O prophet of Allah sws yes they did! The prophet sws said, did you not then said anything and remained silent and obeyed that? Adiya r.a. said yes we did!! Prophet sws said as it has been relved in Quran also "this is called ibadah to Rabb" . So O the ummah of muhammd sws, do you then also take your muftis in moonsighting commitee as your Rabb without justification? Do you then obey the durand line that has been ment to devide you by the British, the kuffar for whom hellfire is certain? Do you then not think how come Lailatul Qadar be two for two different country.....one for pakistan and anther for afganistan? Do you then not think that how come 10th muharram, the day of Qiyamah will be two for two different country..........such that the people of pakistan we watch Qiyamah of Afganistan live in PTV while the qiyamah in pakistan will take place in next day? How dumb we are? We unthinking we are? SO please get up by removing the shakles that has been imposed upon you by your leaders ( the successor of namrud, feraoon or abu lahab....may Allah curse them) and by your preists i.e. the ignorant or beneficiary religious gurus..........for claiming our Rabbship. May Allah curse them with hellfire and guide us to the unification of muslim ummah in this world with the return of khilafah. Ameen. |
