Hizb ut-Tahrir Afghanistan
5th Sha'ban 1430AH / 28th July 2009CE
وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوا بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا
"And those who speak evil things of the believing men and the believing women without their having earned (it), they are guilty indeed of a false accusation and a manifest sin." [al-Ahzaab, 33:58]
To attack the Deen and honor of Hizb ut-Tahrir members and supporters, the Afghan security forces have aggressively arrested more than 30 people since 15th of Rajab to 5th of Sha'ban 1430, (8th to 28th of Jul 2009) from Masjids, workplaces and their residences in Kabul. This was the reaction against the conducted activities for the revival of the Islamic Khilafah and the implementation of Sharia of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Most of them are not members of Hizb ut-Tahrir, they are just Muslims with Islamic emotions.
The spokesman of the Interior Ministry has declared Hizb ut-Tahrir as the enemy of the Nation, only because we say that ruling without the revelation i.e. to rule with a Kufr system like democracy is forbidden. The material motive is because they got tens of millions for this election campaign and that is why they are taking this so seriously. The members of the Afghan Security forces have no feeling of responsibility towards their Lord (Allah Almighty) but just to get credits from their supervisors, they sell their next life for a few petty gains (Dunya). They even arrest randomly people who just have Islamic emotions and haven't done any activities against them. Allah Almighty has addressed this as below:
وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوا بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا
"And those who speak evil things of the believing men and the believing women without their having earned (it), they are guilty indeed of a false accusation and a manifest sin." [al-Ahzaab, 33:58]
Based on its obligation of carrying the duty of amr bil ma'roof and nahye ‘an el Munkar to the Ummah, Hizb ut-Tahrir has recently given a verdict that the upcoming democratic presidential elections are haram and has presented the Hukm Shara'i to the ummah, and has considered the participation in democratic elections as a major munkar based on its implementation of aHkaam derived from sources other than the revelation of Allah.
Allah سبحانه وتعالى has said in this regard:
أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللّهِ حُكْمًا لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ
"Is it then the judgment of (the times of) ignorance that they desire? And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who are sure?" [al-Maaida, 5:50]
We are emphasizing that the members of Hizb ut-Tahrir are calling and working for the reestablishment of the Khilafah intellectually and politically and would be continuing this path despite all the pressures by the un-Islamic governments. Therefore, it has been clear that even though calling itself Islamic, the Government of Afghanistan does its best to stop all those activities which are for the implementation of Shari'a and for the revival of the Khilafah which is the mother of all obligations, in a land where its inhabitants have sacrificed millions of its loved ones as martyrs, disabled and immigrants to implement the rule of Shari'a.
The members of Hizb ut-Tahrir are the honest sons of the Muslim Ummah and not the enemy of the Muslim ummah, and are active politically and intellectually in the Islamic lands to bring the rule of Islam back and to let the Muslim Ummah be dignified and honored again by the implementation of all those rules, revealed to us by Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Allah سبحانه وتعالى has addressed the issue as:
وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنصُرُ مَن يَشَاء وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
"And on the day (victory), shall the Believers rejoice. He helps anyone whom He desires. He is the Al-Mighty, the Merciful." [Ar-Rum, 30:4-5]

indeed that our country rulers are carrying on the commands of the others. and the situation of our country is getting worse day by day the only solution is the khilafah that allah had promise this for the ummah. i wish that we see such a govrnment in our life. sincerely |

HT-AFG responded to them by distribution of 10000 more copies of its Fatwa on Democratic Elections to show to these American-Slaves that they never can win on HT members in no part of the world inshaAllah. another slap on their dirty faces was the re-copying and distribution of the fatwa in tens of thousands by Islam loving courageous people of Afghanistan in everywhere including the govt. office, to show that they do support us too in revival of Islamic Khilafah. O muslim army affied Allah and support the reestablisher khilafa it is fard upto u, in the day of juicement Allah will ask u '' why u opprist our brother and sister " whan u didnot give ans. u will afrid that day which will not any shide without Allah, Allah help us and give pation our brother |
