The Khilafah State will secure global leadership for the Muslim Ummah

Hizb ut-Tahrir in Bangladesh organized a seminar today at the national press club on the subject ‘Context: South Asian Taskforce, Transit, TIFA - Islam's Foreign Policy Model'. Deputy Spokesman Kazi Murshedul Haque chaired the seminar while Chief Coordinator and Official Spokesman of the party Mohiuddin Ahmed delivered the main speech. Members of the party - Mowlana Mamunur Rashid, Mustafa Minhaz, and Abdullah al-Mamun - were on the panel.

In the keynote speech Mohiuddin Ahmed said successive governments in Bangladesh have been submissive towards the imperialists and serving their interests. Recently after coming to power the government of Sheikh Hasina is treading the same path. Within this context it was imperative for the Muslims to refer to the foreign policy of Islam which will secure the status of a leading state for the Ummah.

A Model of the Islamic Khilafah Government's Foreign Policy:

Vision of Global Leadership:
The vision of the Islamic state's foreign policy is to spread the message of Islam to the world and make Islam the sole dominant ideology. This vision allowed the Companions of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم to dislodge two superpowers from the position of leading states and establish the Islamic state as the leading state within a few decades. The Khilafah state will unify the Muslim world - its population, resources and the armies - which will allow it to project its power on the world stage, challenge the superpowers, remove their influence and dislodge them from superpower status.

Industrialization:
In order to achieve its foreign policy vision the Khilafah state will build a strong manufacturing industry focusing on defence and arms industry. The Khilafah state will develop arms manufacturing industry and heavy industries such as steel, iron, coal, and mineral processing. The state will provide incentives, both economic and political, for the major industrialists to develop particular types of factories and businesses geared around heavy industry and the needs of a defence oriented economy. Incentives would include free rental of land in return for the mass production of steel, iron or chemicals to existing businessmen and entrepreneurs. Other incentives would include the government providing loans to those who wish to start particular businesses in those areas which the state needs development or supplies such as developing chemical spores or extracting metals.

Strengthening the Military:
The Khilafah state will strengthen the military through various steps:
• Culturing the military with the vision of establishing Islam as the dominant ideology;
• Providing the necessary manpower, training and budget for the military;
• Eliminating dependency of the military on foreign nations for training and weapons;
• Acquiring and developing advanced military technology and weapons and
• Providing military training to every sane and mature Muslim above the age of 15.

After Mohiuddin Ahmed's speech there was an interactive question and answer session with several hundred audiences who were from various sections of the society.

In terms of raw potential, then if a force or idea can wield the human capabilities of this Ummah then indeed challenging for global leadership becomes pressing. However, in the game of nations, there has always been the rival and adversary and any new Muslim power would be not different. It is illusory to think that any one power had supreme dominance, regardless of its status. In our era, the great players of which will share a commanding stake in how the world is run will be the Far East, and perhaps a Sino-Russia alliance. The U.S.A, because of its sheer size and manufacturing-industrial output will also wield considerable influence. Then there is Europe, (historical ravaged by great continental rivals and petty kingdoms) a strange case, but apart from economic power, may not be able to project force collectively as its constituent states once did in the 1800's.

In spite of this, by careful diplomacy, and reaching for friendship with Latin America, and cultivating relations with the Far East, such as Korea, Vietnam, China; a less belligerent and divisive global environment may be forged. Unlike the present which is fractured by sectarian ethnic violence, religious anger, and competing Anglo-American, Eurasian, and Russian interests.

Well Mr. Maruf is 100% right & all Muslims will agree on it. But before march to India we should behead the local agents of RAW in Bangladesh & then go to India. And again who will give the order? So first our army should go to the Prime Minister & President office, hunt them down, then contact to Hizb ut Tahrir, bring the Amir (Sheke Ata abu Rasta), give him the Baya, take his order & then go to India.

On 25th of Feb a government organized Army personal killing occurred. It is the mushrik India who played it directly, funded it & now blaming it to its opponents. At khilafah.com I posted it before that when the secular Awami leadership took its power, massive anti DGFI propaganda started. Then the entire secular politician both in BNP & Awami league was vocal in media & in so-called parliament. So it’s a proper plan. First they create a distance between Army & general people, and then they make our Army as villain, then killing them brutally for the sake of corruption! When the crime was occurring all the pro-secular media take their position to rebels. Shame on them as they also part of this massacre. Now they say that it was a mistake. Our future Omar, Hamza, Ali is dead & now they are saying “we are sorry”. Bull shit ! ! !

Now army is in field. They start mission rebel hunt. Good. But the fact is all rebels are now in India. So why our Army searching the rebels in Bangladesh? They should march to India, find those cowards, behead them at once & bring the heads to Dhaka! Why army is silent? If Hasina cant order it then there are others who have the guts to do it!

O the Army of Bangladesh, why you are silent? Do you fear India those who doesn’t have the capability to fight even ULFA? Do you fear America those who humiliated in Iraq & Afghanistan? Or you want to fear the Alameen who can do any thing that what ever he wants. Fear only Allah then all will fear you. 150 million of Muslim is with you. Soon all others will obey your command. Don’t miss this opportunity. Make your anger as your strength. Look at the face of that son who lost his father. Look at him! He wants revenge! Look at the Fathers. They want the blood of his son’s killers. Look at the wives! She wants revenge! Look at the colleagues who lost their friends. He wants revenge. And look at the Ummah. They are waiting & waiting for your orders to march to the heart of Delhi! Answer them. They will respond. Don’t make them frustrated. Fear only Allah.
