Hizb ut-Tahrir organized public meetings today after Jummah in front of key mosques in Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet to demand from the sincere officers in the military to overthrow the ruling Awami-BNP regime and establish the Khilafah under the leadership of the Hizb by giving Nusrah to the Hizb. These public meetings are a part of the ongoing campaign by the Hizb urging the people to mobilize for this demand. Muslims everywhere joined with members and activists of the party and expressed their unequivocal support for the demand. The meetings were organized at the following mosques:

1. Uttara Sector 7 Jame Masjid, Dhaka

2. Ferdous Masjid, Mirpur, Dhaka

3. Paribagh Jame Masjid, Dhaka

4. Sipahibagh Bazaar Jame Masjid, Dhaka

5. Muhammadpur Tajmahal Road Minar Masjid, Dhaka

6. Barnomala High School Masjid, Daniya, Dhaka

7. Andarkellah Shahi Jame Masjid, Chittagong

8. Jallarpar Jame Masjid, Sylhet
