Members of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Mauritius held a Khilafah conference on 19th July 2009 in the month of Rajab to mark the anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah.

Dear All, Assalam O Alaikum (WRWB), Having these types of seminars and discussions with people and conveying the message is not an easy task. Think about the time of the Prophit (SWS), the people in Makkah know what the message was but they did not want sacrify their luxorious life style at the time, similar situation currenlty the muslims in general understand the message but they are acting in the same maner as the Makkens did in the early time of Islam. All we can do is to pray to Allah (SWT) for their guidance and pray to Allah (SWT) help to get the Islamic State Re-Established any where in the muslim world so the world can feel the ease and problemless life. |

I think the question is not how many muslims present but what is the population of mauritius if it is small then you will get a small turnout bu the whole point is the call for uniting the muslims is reaching the far corners of the world where it was unheard of until a couple of years ago. |
