قُتِلَ أَصْحَابُ الْأُخْدُودِ
النَّارِ ذَاتِ الْوَقُودِ
إِذْ هُمْ عَلَيْهَا قُعُودٌ
وَهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفْعَلُونَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ شُهُودٌ
وَمَا نَقَمُوا مِنْهُمْ إِلَّا أَنْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ
الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ
"Cursed be the Companions of the Pit -the fire well stocked with fuel - when they were seated right beside it witnessing what they did to the believers. The only reason they punished them was because they had belief in Allah, the Almighty, the All-Praiseworthy - Him to whom the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth belongs. Allah is Witness of all things. Those who persecute men and women of the believers, and then do not make tawba, will have the punishment of Hell, will have the punishment of the Burning." [Al-Burooj, 85: 4-10]
Yes indeed, the enemy of Allah, the enemy of His Messenger, and the enemy of Islam and Muslims, Gaddafi, only ill-treated the Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir, because they believe in Allah, The Exalted in Power, The Worthy of all Praise, and work to resume the ruling of Allah on Earth, and carry Islam as a message to the whole world, through the establishment of The Khilafah.
Hizb ut-Tahrir in this praised month, the blessed Ramadan, the month of Qur'an, the month of sacrifice and giving, the month during which the first shaheed of honorable companions fell in the great battle of Badr, announces to the Islamic Ummah the death of 13 of its Shabab, from Libya, Jordan and Palestine, who fell shaheed upon the execution and killing by the unjust, blood-sucking, tyrant, thug, Gaddafi in Libya.
The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
سَيِّدُ الشُّهَدَاءِ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ المُطَّلِبِ وَ رَجُلٌ قَامَ إِلَى إِمَامٍ جَائِرٍ فَأَمَرَهُ وَ نَهَاهُ فَقَتَلَهُ
"The master of the martyrs is Hamza ibn Abdul Mattalib, and a man who stands (in front of) an oppressive ruler and enjoins the good and forbids the evil and so is killed for it." [Haakim]
Those shaheeds are: Naser Serees, Ali Ahmed Awadallah, Badee' Hasan Bader, Nimr Salem Esa, Abdullah Hammodah, Abdullah Al-Masallaty, Al-Kurdy, Saleh Al-Nawal and his nephew, Mohammed Mohathab Haffan, who were executed in the schools and universities, in front of teachers, students, families, and children. One of them was taken down to be found breathing, then they hang him up again, then they took him down, tied him to a car, which started to drag him along the streets, in front of his family, children, teachers and students.
The other three; Majid Al-Qudsy Al-Doweik, Mohammed Bayyoomy, and Al-Faqoory, were killed under torture in the intelligence in Tripoli.
The whole crime of those 13 young men is membership of Hizb ut-Tahrir, their carrying of Islam and work to establish the Islamic Khilafah, as carrying Islam, and working to resume the ruling of Allah on Earth is being deemed nowadays a crime by the tyrant libertine rulers of Muslims.
Abdullah Al-Masallaty was already sentenced to 20 years imprisonment since 1973, 10 of which had already been served. They brought him from jail to court with the charge that he made one person a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir, while he was in prison, thus the court sentenced him to death for that. Gaddafi introduced him as they were working to change the regime in Libya. The thing that drove the enemy of Allah, Gaddafi, to perform this ugly crime and horrible massacre is spite against Hizb ut-Tahrir, because Hizb ut-Tahrir had sent a delegation to him to discuss with him the affair he had announced of denying the usage of the sayings of the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم as evidences.
They sat down with him for 4 hours, they debated with him and explained to him that the sayings of the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم are like the Qur'an; Shari'i evidences must be taken and considered. They also explained to him that it's kufr to deny the sayings of the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم. The Hizb had asked them to carry a communique with this regard, then the Hizb printed this communique and distributed it all over the Muslim World, thus the enemy of Allah and His Messenger got angry because of that, becoming so mad, and hated the Hizb with awful hatred, which drove him to shed the pure blood of those kind purified Shabab.
We ask Allah to deem their blood a blood of shaheed, to reward them the best rewards on behalf of Islam and Muslims, to elevate their status, and bring them together with the prophets, always-believers, shaheeds, and good people; the best companions, and makes the rewards of us and their families great, and inspire us and them to be patient.
We also ask Him to make their blood a good sign for Islam and Muslims, and signals of victory, to establish the Khilafah, and raise the light of Islam and its return to life.
We, the Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir, say to the enemy of Allah and His Messenger and the enemy of Muslims, Gaddafi: the blood of those purified men will be an eternal curse on you, and your shedding of those pure bloods will only make us strengthen our intention and insistence, and will only increase our belief in Allah and confidence in His near victory. Soon will the unjust assailants know what changes their affairs will take!
To Allah we extend our prayers to descend his curses, nonstop, on His enemy; Gaddafi, and to take him severely, and take our revenge from him on our hands, and make that soon with the establishment of the Khilafah State.
وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَىٰ أَمْرِهِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
"Allah is in control of His affair. However, most of mankind do not know." [Yusuf, 12:21]

The martyrs have gained something that gadaffi will never have - life. They live even whilst we no longer see them. As allah ta'ala says in the quran that the shaheed never dies. Gadaffi is cursed in this life and the after life. The blood of martyrs will one day show its true colours. ameen. |

The last attempt of the evil is to turn into an outright torture as a means to protect itself from collapsing.Gaddafi should have learnt a lesson from what was done to Saddam Hussein who in his life time was loyal to his masters and thus hanging some members of Hizb ut Tahrir to please his 'western gods',who at the end turned to him by strangling him.That was when Sadam died. |

The sacrifice of Muslims is never old news. Just as Sumayah and Yasir were the first martyrs of Islam in Makkah these shabab and others in the ummah were among the first martyrs executed for exposing the apostasy of Gaddafi and his green book. The uprising today and the hatred of Muslims for Gaddafi can only be understood through looking to the oppression Gaddafi inflicted upon the Muslims of Libya over the past 40 years. |

Assalamualaikum, What brave men who carried the call that Allah (swt) had entrusted this Ummah with until their last moments. When I think about these brothers and other brothers and sisters who continue to make the ultimate sacrifice I wonder in amazement how they felt at the time - and how Allah (swt) chose from all of the people of this earth to die accounting a tyrant ruler. Insha-Allah they have fulfilled their covenant with Allah (swt) and insha-Allah they are in a better place asking only to return back so that they could make the same sacrifice. Brothers, and sisters let us push ourselves harder to establish this Deen according to the Sunnah of RasulAllah (saw) until we are victorious or Allah (swt) wills to take us in the process. May Allah (swt) be happy with our efforts. |
