إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُم بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ
“Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account.”

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds! On 29th September, our brother Rafis Galiullin was released after seven long years of imprisonment in Kazakhstan tyrant’s prisons. At the prison exit, his wife and children were waiting anxiously to see him.
Rafis Galiullin was arrested in October 2009 and sentenced to 7 years for his calling for the revival of the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the Khilafah State upon the method of the Prophethood with the ranks of Hizb ut Tahrir. In prison for many years the tyrant’s regime tried to place pressure on Rafis to renounce the Hizb ideas but without success. Since October 2014 Galiullin was in Prison AK-159/25 in Zhezkazgan, Karaganda. The administration of this prison tortured and humiliated Rafis with extreme cruelty, requiring him to slander and defame the Shabaab of the Hizb also to no avail.
After locking Rafis in prison, the tyrant’s regime did not stop at that. In 2013, Rafis’s wife, a mother of three children, Nataliya Voytenkova was arrested and sentenced to 5 years on charges of extremism and terrorism propaganda. However, she was released on parole after four months of her detention after a major public outcry.
Brother Rafis’s release from detention is the first good news to reach us during the many years of the Hizb’s work in Kazakhstan. Recall that since 2000 and before that time the despot regime of Kazakhstan sentenced more than 400 members from the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, sentencing them to 2 to 9 years of imprisonment. Half of these Shabaab have got new sentences because they stood their ground and do not refuse the ideas of the Hizb.
In 2001, Brother Beymbetov Kanat, born in 1979, was killed with extreme brutality. He was arrested after the distribution of the leaflets about the “terrorist attack in America,” and the beginning of a new crusade against the Muslims. The last words of our brother before his death were: “Mother, tell the brothers I did not betray any of them“. In 2005, one of the Hizb officials (heads), Zhumataev Bakytzhan, born in 1977, was killed in Kazakhstan. Before that he had been arrested and thrown into the prisons of Uzbekistan. In 2009, Moldasanov Akylbek, born in 1979, was killed under torture. And there are many other noble brothers who gave their lives in the way of the revival of the Islamic way of life.
Despite all the efforts of the tyrant’s criminal regime to stop the call of Hizb ut Tahrir, the Shabaab continue to call in response to the order of Allah Almighty, the All-Able the Best of Determiner, in the hope of the promise of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
«ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»
“Then, the Khilafah (Caliphate) shall come once again based on the method of the Prophethood.” (Abu Dawud, Ahmad)
