On the night of the 23rd of the holy month of Ramadan, when Muslims are seeking the reward of Laylat al-Qadr, and the houses of Allah are full of worshipers praying the Qiyaam to draw closer and in humility to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, in this blessed night the security and intelligence apparatus in Gedaref province are drawing close to the devil, by obstructing the way of Allah, and by the detention and beating of the following Hizb ut Tahrir brothers:
- Al-Bashir Ahmad Al-Bashir
- Mohammed Al-Hassan Ahmed
- Al-Muawwar Daf’Allah
- Mukhtar AbuBakr
- Al-Mahi Abdeen
on the backdrop of their participation in the dialogue point organized by Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan, to call the Muslims to resume the Islamic way of life, which was held in Gedaref market. The apparatus’ members beat up the brothers mentioned above inside the security apparatus’ offices, and insulted them harshly and severely threatened them, and the most harmed of the brothers affected by the beating is Brother Al-Bashir Ahmad, where he was punched by the fists, and hit by a black water hose, this left severe bruises on his body. We ask Allah سبحانه وتعالى to make all this, in this great month, in the scale of his good deeds.
The brothers were only released at two o’clock in the morning, on the condition to return to collect their belongings: two placards and two mobile phones.
And when they returned on Friday morning to the Apparatuses’ offices they were detained again for two hours, then were released without giving them their belongings, but were asked to return again on Saturday morning.
We in Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan, say to those who are disobedient to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, who are reckless of the violation of sanctities, and oppress Muslims in the days of obedience and forgiveness and emancipation from the fire:
Live with your sins, we will not be harmed by your cunning plots, for we by the help of Allah سبحانه وتعالى will proceed in carrying the call to resume the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah on the method of Prophethood.
وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ
“And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned”
(Ash-Shu’ara: 227)
