How America’s Defeated-War Against ‘‘Terrorism’’ Still Sacrifices the People?

Thomas West, State Department’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, in his recent remarks in the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) has stated: “I really do fear – and I think this is a consensus – that what we see now is a pause in 44 years of conflict and that we could see a return to civil war in time”.

Besides, the Special Envoys of Pakistan and Iran for Afghanistan and the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan have stated in the UN General Assembly that Afghanistan is turning into a safe haven of terrorism. All these statements are raised at a time when intelligence attacks on civilians have significantly escalated. Afghanistan has recently witnessed several deadly attacks on Masjids, schools, and roadsides over the past week. One of these deadly attacks occurred inside an educational institution, leaving behind more than 50 martyrs – most of which were female students.

Comment:
Since the military defeat of US and NATO in Afghanistan, and following the replacement of the Western-backed republic regime by the Islamic Emirate, the US has utilized various policies against the Islamic Emirate to date. The US has been carrying out its missions in Afghanistan, either directly or through its regional puppet governments.

The US sees its interests in having full surveillance over Islamic Emirate as well as having it merged with the current secular world order to gradually turn the Islamic Emirate into one of the committed allies of the US in the region. The US tries to engage with the Islamic Emirate based on the “Carrot and Stick” policy to have it deviated from its Islamic stances.

Such policy is being applied to impose political, economic, and value-system pressure on Islamic Emirate; however, the US and its allies have been trying to intensify pressure on the ground by carrying out intelligence attacks and deadly explosions. Therefore, the US and the regional countries have taken joint stances against Afghanistan, labeling it as the ‘Haven of Terrorism’ and the cradle of Civil Wars – that’s how they keep urging the Islamic Emirate to submit to their perilous demands and/or hidden scenarios. That’s why, the intelligence networks of regional countries are carrying out brutal terrorist attacks on Afghan civilians as per the instructions of the US intelligence which are aimed at pressuring the Islamic Emirate and sacrificing the oppressed and defenseless people.

In addition to intelligence attacks, Western colonialists and their puppets are using ‘Soft Power’ and cultural measures against the Islamic Emirate. Human rights, women’s rights, inclusive government, street protests by women, media campaigns, and civil society activities that are leftovers of the past invasion and republic system and part of the soft and cultural forces are used against the Islamic Emirate in an organized way.

It’s worth mentioning that the Western campaign, the “War on Terror”, under the leadership of US which in fact was a war against Islam and Muslims has seen a failure. Yet they use the term ‘terrorism’ against governments. In 2001, the “War on Terror’ which in fact was a war against political Islam was declared – a war through which the West wanted to avoid the revival of the Islamic system and eradicate supporters of this idea.

As for the time being, every government defines the term ‘terrorism’ based on its interests, happening to label its enemies as terrorists and supporter of terrorism. While, if one looks up for the meaning of this term in Oxford Dictionary, he/she would find: “the use of violent action in order to achieve political aims”. That’s to say, Western powers and traitor rulers of the region carry out brutal intelligence attacks against civilians to ensure their interests. In fact, this is the terrorism based on which they have defined their interests.

In the meantime, the US tries to impose its blasphemous demands on Islamic Emirate while the regional countries happen to welcome such heinously dangerous scenarios, acting more brutal than animals in killing innocent people to please the US in order to maintain their power and/or ensure debts from International Banks and/or IMF.

Islamic Emirate must realize that ‘Power’ is the biggest test of Allah (swt). Power is one the blessings of Allah (swt) that requires us to be grateful for; and if we take it for granted, this means, we have turned our eyes blind on the blessings of Allah (swt). Being grateful for means that we must use ‘Power’ according to what Allah (swt) has ordered.

The power that doesn’t show resistance and/or superiority over the enemy’s pressures; the power that doesn’t show up with authority and toughness; the power that does not declare the Islamic System (Khilafah) and comprehensive and immediate implementation of Islam, this will in reality lead us [the power] to the denial of the blessings and failure in Allah’s test (Ibtella). We should realize that it’s not us who is granting ‘Power’ and ‘Honor’ but Allah (swt). So we must neither show off nor happen to imagine that by taking the power, the test of Allah (swt) has come to an end, Jihad has fizzled out and Allah (swt) has turned fully satisfied. In fact, the ‘Power’ comes from the Nussrah (help) of Allah (swt), and He will bestow it to whom He wills and will take it from whom He wills, to make it clear who is grateful and who is not, and who is deceived by the enemy’s plots and the world’s adornment and who is not. As Sulaiman (peace be upon him) said about his power:

[قَالَ هَذَا مِن فَضْلِ رَبِّي لِيَبْلُوَنِي أَأَشْكُرُ أَمْ أَكْفُرُ وَمَن شَكَرَ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ رَبِّي غَنِيٌّ كَرِيمٌ]

“This is by the grace of my Lord to test me whether I am grateful or ungrateful. And whoever is grateful, it is only for their own good. But whoever is ungrateful, surely my Lord is Self-Sufficient, Most Generous.” [An-Naml: 40].
