“Great” Turkey that Hands over the Lamb to the Wolf

A new legislative decree (KHK) was finalised by the Council of Ministers headed by the President on 15th of August 2017. The decree Number 694 – entered into force following its publication in the Official Gazette – declares that foreign citizens, detained or imprisoned in Turkey, may be extradited to their homeland or any other country, or may be exchanged if deemed necessary.

A paragraph of Article 26 of Law Number 2937 in the decree states the following: “Detained or imprisoned persons, with the exception of Turkish citizens, can be extradited to another country or exchanged for other persons detained or imprisoned in another country, on the condition that there exist guarantees that the person will not be punished, or face torture or maltreatment due to his/her race, ethnic origin, religion, citizenship; in cases concerning national security or interests of the country, through the proposition of the Minister of Justice and the approval of the President, upon the request of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.”

Comment:

First and foremost; let us provide information about who the persons, subject to extradition or exchange in the decree, will be. This article definitely targets immigrant Muslims who sought refuge in Turkey from the oppression and torture of countries like China, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and other Kufr and tyrant regimes, and thus clearly endangers them with being extradited or exchanged. This is because a legislation or a law comes on the agenda or a law is made, when a case/condition related to its content emerges. It is well known that 99% of the detained or imprisoned foreign citizens at the moment are Muslims from Central Asia, the Middle East and the Far East. Therefore, this decree aims at the oppressed and immigrants.

Secondly, the fact that the Article, which deals with the extradition and exchange of the immigrants, was added to the law Number 2937, Law of National Intelligence, in the decree shows the following: This implementation will be personally executed by intergovernmental intelligence agencies, for if a country trials a crime conducted within its boundaries, it trials and rules according to its own laws. And if a person perpetrated a crime in another country, it works through its intelligence units, and extradites the person to his/her country.

So I ask now: Has this statement, written in the decree, any relevance in reality or not? “…on the condition that there exist guarantees that the person will not be punished, or face torture or maltreatment due to his/her race, ethnic origin, religion, citizenship…” Can you say that? Who will give you this guarantee for the Muslims to be extradited to Russia and China, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan and many others? Is it Russian, Chinese, or any Asian dictator? Who is it? We know that you will hand over the Muslim immigrants to the Kuffar and oppressors like handing over the lamb to the wolf. We also know that the one who has no fear of Allah is capable of anything. Having turned its face towards the West, seeking civilization and progressivism, law and justice in the West; what is Turkey’s difference to those third world countries in the East who became puppets and servants of the West and Russia?

Thirdly; we know that Turkey already surrenders immigrants to Kuffar states like Russia and China, and oppressive tyrant regimes like Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. However, this decree constitutes a threat to all immigrants in Turkey, in particular the detained and imprisoned ones. This is because at the moment there are more than 300 immigrants from East Turkestan alone in the repatriation centres of Turkey. And I do not count those hundreds of other imprisoned immigrants from Central Asia and the Middle East. Turkey’s agreements with China and Russia take aim at the immigrant Muslims. Turkey goes all the way with Russia and China. It does not protect the Muslims, it hands them over to the savages. Furthermore; I am afraid that Turkey who betrayed Syria and abandoned the Muslims to the hands of the Syrian regime and Iran, will acknowledge the regime of Bashar Assad and re-establish relations with it during the period ahead, and thus even handover Syrian refugees to them.

Lastly; it is likely that both President Erdogan as well as government authorities will claim they put this article into force in order to bring back fugitive July 15 suspects from abroad and thus will seek to divert public opinion by changing the discussions and agenda about it. However, we know that this decree will be implemented upon the oppressed and the immigrants, because so far Turkey was not able to get back even a single person it claimed guilty from the EU and the USA. Maybe it might have created this decree as a path to legitimate the extradition of the few European and American citizens without judicial proceedings, whom it arrested in an act of showmanship. This obviously demonstrates the value of Turkey’s word and reputation.

In any case, Muslims in Turkey must prevent the extradition of our immigrant brothers and sisters to oppressors. They must remonstrate with the leaders and account and warn them sternly for handing over the oppressed to the hands of the infidel Chinese torturer, the slayer Russian Bear, and the cruel Asian tyrants. The Muslims should shout out into the faces of Turkey’s leaders: “We stand with the oppressed and the immigrants, not with those who take the oppressors and the kuffar as allies!”
